Linen, bed cover and pillow is provided. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, a working desk, and a hairdryer. + Kid’s rooms: Single-size (100 x 200 cm) spring bed, with provision of linen, bed cover, and pillow. In each room is a wardrobe and IKEA working table. + Bathrooms plus toilets, equipped with hot running water. There are clean towels, soap & shampoo. + Hot water machine/dispenser in the dining room with 2 gallons of drinking water. + Water, electricity, and internet utilities are all included. + Kitchen and appliances provided including rice cooker, stove and a full-sized fridge. Kitchen equipment (pot and knife) & dining utensils are also provided. + There are laundry shops, ATMs, various restaurants, cafés, and multiple convenient stores in the building at ground level. NOT available to Guests: + Parking fee at the building. + Additional drinking water and consumables after the initial supply. + Daily room cleaning (for additional cleaning, refer to “Other things to note” below). Guest Access : + Anything in the room and on the premise is yours to use, including access to the building facilities like the pool, lobby, kids’ playground, and the running track besides the pool. + You may receive and send letters/packages from the delivery desk, open from 7AM to 11PM every day. + The mobile apps GrabFood and GoFood are commonly used to deliver foods to the apartment, which you can pick up on the delivery desk at your convenience.
