I was sold on being able to see the river front but instead I looked out my window and send the top of the building and all the a/c units

A lot of money for little service. Less than 12 hours after arrival, our keys didn’t work. Down we went to get them fixed. No housekeeping unless you stay 3 or more days - so the tiny trash cans won’t even get emptied, and they can’t freshen a room? We asked in advance for extra towels in case no housekeeping was given - the towels were not in our room and we had to get them after arrival. Water pressure very weak,but at least there was hot water. Teeny tiny hand soap bar. Two Purelle towelettes, for what I don’t know. If they aren’t going to return to pre-Covid service, they need to drop their prices. A lot.

Fantastic place to stay. Suite on 2nd floor was very spacious. Employees are so very nice and went above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Breakfast room was nice and spacious as well and they provide a plethora of hot and cold options. Swimming pool is indoor and is warm and not freezing cold. The workout room has several options for cardio and weight lifting and the establishment is very clean. My new first choice to stay in the area.

Hotel ini terletak betul-betul di Interstate 40 jadi ia memudahkan perjalanan. Nampaknya terdapat ramai gelandangan di kawasan kejiranan dan tempat letak kereta berhampiran pintu hadapan bangunan sentiasa dipenuhi jadi kami terpaksa meletak kereta di tepi yang membuatkan saya gementar bahawa seseorang akan sama ada mencuri penukar pemangkin kami (ada telah banyak perkara yang berlaku saya dengar) atau dirompak tetapi tempat letak kereta di tepi cukup terang tetapi jarak dari pintu jadi jika sesuatu berlaku satu-satunya cara anda boleh masuk ke dalam bangunan adalah melalui pintu depan iaitu kira-kira 10-11 kaki jauhnya. Lif terus menjadi pelik, apabila kami sampai ke tingkat kami, ia mengambil sedikit masa untuk dibuka dan ia tergagap atau bergegar sedikit. Bilik-bilik sangat bersih dan kelihatan sangat bagus seperti yang digambarkan! Saya suka cermin bilik mandi ia cantik walaupun saya harap bilik mandi mempunyai lebih banyak ruang kaunter. Juga atas sebab tertentu penghawa dingin kami tidak berfungsi (alhamdulillah penginapan kami adalah pada hujung minggu yang lebih sejuk) kami cuba menggunakan termostat tetapi ia tidak pernah memotongnya yang sangat menjengkelkan. Kakitangan meja depan baik-baik saja, tiada apa yang perlu ditulis di rumah walaupun. Sejujurnya saya katakan tempah hotel ini jika anda menginap satu atau dua malam dan hanya memerlukan tempat untuk meletakkan saman daging anda untuk mengisi semula. Jika anda mempunyai anak kecil maka mungkin pilih tempat lain kerana tempat letak kereta sentiasa berbau seperti ”salad syaitan” apabila kami keluar dan terdapat botol arak yang pecah di tempat letak kereta. Saya akan mengesyorkan tempat ini untuk perjalanan percutian yang cepat.
