No electricity and very poor power backup - getting hot water and mobile charging was also an issue. Can’t have a property give this kind of experience to its guests!

Linen used were soiled. It is the last hotel in lachung that is end of the town. Very far. The breakfast and food were not at all good

Wen had the worst experience with this hotel. We booked one night in this hotel on 26th May. When we reached the hotel, we were informed that our booking has been shifted to another hotel. The hotel they shifted us to was a substandard one. When we checked with Mr Ashish Nayak from the reservations, the responses were 1) He was forcing us to accept a worse quality hotel. He even stated that we were provided an alternative despite it is a peak season. 2) When asked for a refund of the difference or a new hotel, he told us to get the full money and find our own. As it was late in the evening we finally stayed at the provided hotel and spent a sleepless night. This is completely unprofessional and unempathatic behavior from a reputed hotel group.

View from hotel is excellent. Food quality is good. Room size, cleanliness is good considering lachung is relatively small town. Stayed with family. Good thing is they start breakfast early at 6:30 am which allows you to start for sight seeing early

Food was very good and staff are very good and room are very cozy ....whenever call reception its on time......view from the hotel is very nice, staff response very nicely with smiling face..we like our stay with my family...well maintained hotel it's looks new+. Geyser works very good and neat and clean hotel.
