Hotel Cabana Oceanfront/Boardwalk

Clean room. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location next to the beach. Wish there was a coffee maker. Having to pay for daily parking was the only negative part.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. If you making a quick trip this is a good Choice however….we were there for 5 days. No coffee, only one drawer in a room for 5 people. I asked for aground floor room, as I was traveling with mature ladies and still ended up having to go up what felt like 567 stairs. We were there in Nov and they had ONE paper thin blanket in the bed and when we asked for more, they gave us another paper thin blanket.

The location of the hotel, price and cleanliness were great. However, the room was all the way in the back tucked behind a wall. The only thing we were able to see was a gray wall in front of our window. The lights were on all night on a timer outside our room. It was also very noisy. We heard everything from music, to laundry to other people using their bathrooms. We both slept horrible and unfortunately, will not be back.

We weren't aware that the parking cost an extra $15. We are older, so the long walk to the room was somewhat difficult. There were only very thin covers on the bed and we couldn't regulate the heat, so we were quite cold because it was no longer summer. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the room was clean.

The rooms are very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Restaurants are within walking distance and the boardwalk is clean and safe to stroll. We are impressed with the modern rooms and delighted with the proximity to Cape May and the Garden State Parkway. The rooms and hotel interior desgn is very pleasent. The beds are comfortable. The patio over looking the beach is beautiful. I love that they allow dogs at a reasonable fee. I will visit again, and again.

Overall great experience… great location! I will say the covers were really thin!!! And didn’t like they made you pay for parking especially in the winter when there was free meter parking kinda thought that was a ripoff

Overall the property was clean, modern, and in a good location, and front desk staff was helpful upon checkin so I’m giving 2 stars, but I wouldn’t stay here again. We booked our room 3 months ago with a king bed, the room we were given was listed as a king in their system but the bed was a full sized. We asked to move to a king room but they said they were all booked, so they gave us a room with 2 queens which was appreciated, but still not what we booked. The shower was also a downgrade as the first room had an upgraded walk-in shower and the second room had an old tub shower. I’m not sure how they were all full, the place was a ghost town. On day 3, we came back at the end of the day and our door was left WIDE OPEN by housekeeping for hours. We left the hotel at 6am and didn’t come back until 5pm to find our door wide open (the doors don’t automatically close, you have to pull them shut). Luckily nothing was stolen, but totally unacceptable.

Small room, hard to work remote for the tv which didn’t include any directions. Tv wasn’t viewable from half the bed.
