Hotel Norwich dengan Sarapan

A little far of a walk from the clubs but not too bad. The desk man seemed a bit grumpy, whoever has good customer service. I called up several times with questions and they were always very nice over the phone. They have a 24hr front desk so, perfect for late check ins. However, early in the morning the cleaning crew tried to get in my room (but I had the top latch on, so they kept banging the door open and shut in attempts to take it off), and I had to get up to let them know I was still there. I was then told that in the system it said I had checked out an hour prior.

Rating this at 3 because although it’s not exactly a luxury hotel, it’s nevertheless decent basic accommodation at a reasonable price. You get a well-kept - and clean - room and bathroom, with a coffee station, and a small desk. Check-in was friendly and helpful (though, rather worryingly, conducted from behind a security screen!) There’s free WiFi that works, and (for an extra fee) a breakfast but note that this is veggie/vegan only. On the down side, the walls of our room were very thin and we heard, erm…. everything going on next door. There’s no a/c so to cool the room you have to open the window and again the area can sometimes be noisy. Perhaps most lacking of all is any off-street parking. Daytime weekdays and Saturdays you can’t park in the street outside either as its residents only.

A potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.

Real value for money at this well sited hotel which was within easy walking distance of the city centre.Room comfortable and clean: staff welcoming. Bonus of multi-storey car park within 200 metres of hotel - allow £15 approx for night plus full days parking. Evening meals a bit predictable but as part of meal deal offers convenient and competitive option if you don’t fancy going out to eat. Premier Inn have upped their game!!

From the moment we walked into reception, we received the warmest of welcomes. Sarah, who checked us in was just incredible. We just kind of hit it off and we had a good laugh. She was mind and caring and made us smile - and she said that a day without smiles is a wasted day - and I truly believe that. When we came back ij the evenijg, she very kindly came up tonus alwith a bag that had bottles of water and crisps in it to take back to our room room. I will remember our stay here mainly because of Satah and her delightful ways The room was comfortable, warm, quiet and just what we needed for the one night stay. Lovely hotel, reception and bar areas very nice with the reception areas having lovely marble flooring. Our room was lovely some aspects a little dated and the flooring was very sloped. Most definitely didn’t affect our time. Great parking, and in a brilliant location a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Would book the hotel again.

Nice room, a bit small if you travel with a lot of bags. The staff is nice, friendly, and easy to talk with, hotel vibe is fine, a nice small bar and restaurant located in the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and compact accommodation with all the basics. Very convenient if you want to visit the university, a little less so if you want to visit the city centre, although there are regular bus services. Supermarket and coffee shop close by, pleasant surroundings. Have stayed a few times and would do so again.
