Very happy with my stay. The staff was amazing

Very clean communal area, great staff. Our room had not been cleared properly as we found sweet wrappers on the floor. The tea/coffee had not been refilled. (Not a problem for us, we take our own). No toilet brush in bathroom. Toilet, sink and toilet roll holders were too close together making it uncomfortable. Coffee machine in cafe was broken. Great to have cafe and bar on site tho, which we used. Silly things really, but will use again

Had a lovely night stay with my 2 granddaughters , greeted with a lovely friendly smile and warm welcome, are room was lovely and clean, had a lovely breakfast cooked by Eleanor and faith Will definitely come back 😃

Location was good We had a few issues during our stay no net curtains up at the window ( we were 15/20 feet from flats ) so had to leave the curtains closed , No glasses in the bathroom to rinse teeth , Banging,loud music and talking throughout the night , Couldn’t leave the luggage at the hotel but there Is NOTHING about this on the website we found this out when we arrived !

Location is good for both the railway station and the city centre. Everything was as expected and no problems encountered. Room was large, clean and bathroom good. No frills but exactly what we expected, especially for the bargain price we paid. We did pay £3.50 to choose a room so that we could be in top floor and at end of corridor. (Room 312). Would recommend.

Room had significant amount of black mould on the ceiling. WiFi did not work. Breakfast was limited, food didn't taste fresh and coffee machine out of order.

On arrival desk man was polite and the service was good. We had room ten on ground floor.on entering room the smell wasn't pleasant but not nasty. The bathroom very small not much room to sit on the toilet we did not use the shower. But the shower area was not clean curtain had stains on. Windows were dirty curtains not the easiest to close . The room heater was not plugged in and when we did the digital display needed resetting with no instructions to hand we unplugged it went to the bar/restaurant area as we wanted a bite to eat and couple of drinks before we changed and went out was in darkness asked at reception to be told they had no staff to man it and they were sorry.nothing said about this when we checked in very dissapointed .the room itself was quite no outside noise heard but the curtains could be wider and longer as they allow alot of light in .would we stay again only if nowhere else to stay

One of the nicest Travelodges we have stayed in. Central location within easy access of towns attractions. Lovely helpful staff. Christina and her team could not do enough for you. Plentiful breakfast with good choice. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were well maintained and although on a busy road, you couldn't hear anything in the rooms.

In room 105 which is opposite the back of a nightclub which is open on Friday and Saturday. Got very little sleep on my first night (Saturday) due to the noise until 5am which was disappointing as I had plans early Sunday morning which I was in no state to do. There was also lights in the alley behind this room which also disturbed my sleep. The blackout curtains do not shut properly. The room was cold especially during the night. The bathroom is tiny and smelt unclean and the toilet seat was wobbly. There is peeling paint and the carpet needs a deep clean The bed is comfortable and the hotel is near the train station and near to city sights.

My friend and I booked a twin accessible room which answered our needs.It was room 101 on the first floor. On our first night, Friday, a nightclub outside kept us awake until 4 a.m. We recorded the noise at 3 a.m. and it showed the people outside with the door open smoking and drinking and the incredibly loud music noise. We gave the hotel and Travelodge head office the video. Apparently this nightclub occurs every Friday and Saturday night. We were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The hotel offered a change of room, this necessitated us altering our plans for the Saturday to come back in the middle of the day to check into our new room. The room was not accessible. I would advise anyone considering booking this hotel on a Friday or Saturday to ensure that the room is not on the side of the nightclub. Alternatively the hotel could leave these rooms affected free and not book them out. We have complained about this as Travelodge have notices within the hotel asking customers to respect other guests and to be quiet and considerate after 11p.m. Travelodge considered our complaint and have offered one free breakfast. This is an insult especially as I would not be booking again with Travelodge. Beware of which room you are allocated

Room compact compared to others, no power point near the mirror, a major negative for my wife who couldn't easily do her hair after her shower. Had a good night's sleep, no disturbance from inside or outside the hotel. Breakfast very good, price very good.

Good central.position in Norwich, surprisingly quiet, shower was fantastic and bed comfy but pillows a little hard for my preference. I didn't stay for breakfast but it looked good value. The room was pleasant and clean however I would've liked a hairdryer to be in the room instead of having to ask for one
