Perfect location, the balcony is facing the beach. The environment is in African style and simple, don’t expect much luxury. The breakfast had not much western food. But ok, you are not at home. It’s in the middle of the nightlife spots. Africana, Istanbul and Cocobello are all in a 10 minutes walking distance. Fully recommended!

We booked the 3rd floor room because of the expansive view. The location was perfect, right in front of the ocean. It was breathtaking!!. To me this was the best part as I could watch the coming and going of the tides. An ideal place to recover, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility. We were in one of the sea view rooms with balcony which was ideal for watching the evening sunsets over the ocean. As long as I closed my eyes to the rundown aspects of the stinking bathroom, I truly enjoyed my stay there. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the bathroom issue. Loved the outside dining on the deck and lounging area. A few steps down and you're right in the ocean ..... awe-amazing! The pool area was very relaxing with birds chirping and beautiful flowers everywhere. Rasta the owner, has created a little wonderland with amazing lush green enclave with few free-roaming domesticated animals on his property. Love seeing the dwarf antelope! The room does need a little more maintenance but I understand how hard it’s to keep the properties near the ocean in perfect state. If you wish to experience true Zanzibar warmth and welcome ….. then Langi Langi is the place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Conclusion: Overall it a beautiful place, we will surely come back again although, it's a long trip from Canada.

Settimana perfetta, non essendoci molte prenotazioni abbiamo avuto gratuitamente un upgrade della nostra camera, davanti la spiaggia vista mare, stupenda! Il personale è super gentile e disponibile, il manager Cyrus ha anche organizzato una cena a sorpresa sulla spiaggia per noi, graditissima! Il mare davanti al resort è stupendo, soggetto al fenomeno delle maree, spesso quindi è difficoltoso fare il bagno ma passeggiando lungo le lingue di sabbia che emergono il paesaggio è pazzesco! Per le escursioni si possono prenotare in loco con un tour operator locale, se ne occupa Abdul, che ci ha accontentato in ogni richiesta, organizzando anche tour privati in modo tale da essere liberi di decidere spostamenti e tempistiche, è stato bello e divertente trascorrere del tempo insieme! La posizione del Tanzanite è buona, uscendo a piedi c è a pochi passi il Baraka aquarium dove si può notare con le tartarughe, e a 10 minuti di macchina c è nungwi beach, aggiungendo altri 10 minuti si arriva a kendwa che sono due delle spiagge più belle di Zanzibar.

Sarah what a host! Such a lovely lady, it’s very reassuring as a solo female traveller to go somewhere so welcoming with lovely, friendly and kind staff! A small but cosy hostel. Very close to the beach also! I wasn’t the most comfortable going out alone but in the day there were a lot of people around and at night there’s always motorcycles that sarah can arrange or taxis! The place was so clean, constantly being swept, beds being made, bathrooms being cleaned. Breakfast that was included was amazing! For the value of the stay breakfast included: omelette, toast, fruits, juice and tanzania donuts. Coffee and yea available too! The bed was very comfortable. The towels were decent size. The pillows were fluffy! Overall a fantastic stay, please ignore any and reviews :) I stayed here for 5 days alone and my friends stayed nearby

The beach is right outside the front door with a lot of smaller shops and restaurants nearby. It is also a place where the local people building boats in the old traditional way by hand. The house has a sunset/sunrise beachfront view.The property has four floors with a restaurant on the fourth, above that there a rooftop deck, for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a gate right before entering the house, that face the front entrance for security reasons. It is also equipped with security cameras.The house has only private rooms with their own entrance. They are equipped with a queen size bed and a bathroom each. If needed extra beds could be included. Every room except from two on the lowest floor has a outside space like balcony or patio.Staff will be there, to make shore to help you in any way to make your stay so wonderful as possible. We will treat you like family so if anything is needed please tell us. We understand english and Zaina the owner of the house speaks swedish too.Breakfast is included, witch is a mix between English and Tanzanian food.
