Excellent location in the town, really helpful staff, neat toilet, clean and spacious room. Will recommend!

We stayed in two rooms for a family trip. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for sightseeing, and it's just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient. Although the area is busy, the rooms were well soundproofed once the windows were closed, and we had no issues with noise. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, one of the rooms had a noticeable fishy smell, possibly from a previous guest, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, towels were only provided for one night during our two-night stay in both rooms, which was unexpected.

Melter was the best place I stayed in throughout my Germany trip. It was in the centre of the old town, right above the Lorenzkirche U-bahn, 3-5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, and only steps away from everything you might need - bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and all the highlights. It's a 10-15 min slightly uphill but beautiful walk to the Castle. The property was extremely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stylish. Was given an upgrade by Jacqueline (or Jackie) to a studio with a kitchenette overlooking a quaint street; good for cooking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom with nice soaps. Only complaint could be that some rooms (216-219) are not accessible by lift, and require a winding (confusing at first) walk through long corridors to reach, but it was OK for me. Laundry room also had detergent provided; gym was adequate. Did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice at Monki downstairs - impeccable ramen. Overall, this would be a great choice when in Nuremberg. Affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and convenient; and lovely staff - everyone of them took great care of me. Even granted late checkout. Will highly recommend this place.

The location is basically at the best place. And the restaurant at downstairs is worthy to try. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed.

I stayed for two nights. The female staff at the front desk was very kind and I had a wonderful experience right from checking in. The room was also spacious, with high ceilings, clean and perfect. Although it was an apartment, it had two sinks and felt like a 5-star hotel room. The location was also very convenient, with a restaurant below the hotel and a large drugstore next to it, which was very convenient. This is a hotel I'd definitely like to stay at again the next time I come to Nuremberg.

It's close to the train station and takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants around, and it is also close to the commercial street. There are supermarkets, Burger King, and McDonald's inside the train station. It's no problem if you are not used to local food. This location is very convenient. The apartment is quite large and has a terrace. Breakfast is at the ramen restaurant next to the hotel. There is a door directly through the hotel. At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that much on display, and it’s not as sumptuous as those in some star-rated hotels, but the food here is the most comfortable and sumptuous among all the foreign hotels I’ve stayed in. Most of the restaurant employees are Vietnamese and speak average English, but they are very simple and work quietly. There was a middle-aged German female employee who was good at communication and very enthusiastic and meticulous. She didn't come the next day. In order to avoid others not understanding my needs, she specifically told them that she wanted to heat the meat for me before she left. Sure enough, when I was about to eat, they brought the heated fish and meat before I said anything. At No. 16 Spitalgasse, about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a very good German-style restaurant. Unlike other restaurants that put all the tables on the street, this restaurant is not easy to see from the outside, but the taste is very good and the price is good. Fairly, the portion is relatively large. Girls may need one portion of the main dish for two people. There are two Chinese waiters in the restaurant who speak Cantonese, which makes ordering a lot easier. If I go to Nuremberg again, I will choose this hotel again.

Overall good. Located on the pedestrian street in the city center. There is a highly rated Japanese ramen restaurant downstairs. The room is simple in style and the color matching is beautiful. It feels like a hotel converted from a church or office building. But we arrived very late that night, and the front desk was off work at 8 o'clock. They left us a room card. There was a number written on it. We thought it was the room number, but we found someone inside. We were both shocked. In the end, we found that it was not the room number... The room number was written inside the envelope...
