1. Msg them at 11am ish asking if can check in yet. They Informed us that will msg once room is ready. Past 4pm and they still didnt msg. Msg them close to 5-6 pm, only responded and say yes.
2. The main door entrance door cannot be secured properly. Part of the lock has been removed and they told us prior occupant was ok with it. Obviously its not with me!
3. The master room is poorly lit compared to the entire unit. It was so gloomy. Called them to change. They say no parts. Have to wait for next day.
4. Master room’s bathroom’s ceiling was full of mold! It felt like i entered into a horror house! They say can only fix it after we check out. We ended up only using 1 bathroom. I requested to change room but they just give excuses that no other unit is available. Said will check and reply but after 1 hr still no reply. As it was late at night, we just tell them to come fix the light and provide extra pad lock. The fix the light the next day but padlock was not provided. I told them i dont feel safe and the bathroom is clearly a health hazard for my kids. I clearly stated in my booking that i have 2 young kids with me. All they say is “ok, sorry” but no solution provided.
5. Basin cabinets are broken in both bathrooms.
6. Bedsheet is with blood (looks lile mozzie bitten) stains in both rooms.
7. Roach in the kitchen table top.
8. The entire unit feels old and dusty and broken parts here there.
9. One of the chair with wobbly leg.
10. Sofa condition is so sad!
The only pro is within walking distance to medini mall& legoland. Will definitely not book with this host anymore. Horrible!
