"This is my repeated booking for this hotel. The Family suite comes with coffee machine and microwave, 2 bathroom and 2 TV, 1 in the living room and 1 in my bedroom. The living room is so spacious. Night view is better. The 2 bedrooms Family suite has better view."

"2nd time here. Enjoyed my stay again. Room is clean adn big. And I e joyed using the washing machine to wash clothes. Go back home no need to wash. My booking came with lounge access. Nice view from the lounge. Only coke, Pepsi, juices and kopi drinks with simple crackers and biscuit. I was there but there was no staff. I walked in and just sat and drank. But because no staff, I see many greedy people walk in and take many cans of drinks. I lazy so didn't go gym or pool. Just sat in room and exercise on bed by watching TV. Breakfast downstairs is nice and spread is good. Fill my stomach and can sleep till late afternoon. Wake up ready for dinner."

"Our 3D2N stay at Sunway GRID by SR Home was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, and the instructions for everything, from check-in to using amenities, were incredibly clear – a refreshing change from other homes. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches like a water cooler, hot water dispenser, six pillows, and even toothbrushes, despite being only four of us. The welcome pack gifts were a lovely bonus too! The entire process was smooth, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunway Big Box. Hands down, the best Airbnb experience in our last four years!"

"Like that it is very new and clean. I feel safe for my kids to be running around as the place is clean. The cutlery provided has some stains but we did not use all of it. The bed sheets were clean but the bed and pillow is too soft for my liking. The slide is fun but too steep so my kids slide down tummy on slide so that they can slow down the speed. I slide down myself is quite fast and they provided cushion at end of slide but you still can bounce off cushion and land on floor. The video games provided is really old school but simple enough for the kids to have fun and they enjoying the games with it's simple graphics. The area is really quiet and windy. Level 6 where all the amenities are. The area is clean and quiet, windy in the evening. A pity we did not have much time to swim. I see the security guard patrolling, overall the area feels safe to stay and it's in the middle between Sunway big box and Sunway boulevard."

"The hotel is close to where the restaurant is located and Legoland Theme park. The staffs are very friendly and the check in time is very quick. The hotel facilities are very nice. Breakfast is good with a variety of food options. I would recommend the hotel for my friends and family. I will definitely come back."

"I don't usually comment on this, but this one was a bit disappointing. The actual room was very different from the photos, and the hygiene was average. I endured it for one night, but the main problem was the smell of decoration materials."
