Emplacement super à Nuwara Eliya. Très bon accueil, très bel chambre avec tous le nécessaire a l’intérieur ! Nous avons tout de même rencontré un problème d’électricité et d’eau chaude. Le buffet est bon mais chère ++ comparativement aux autres hôtels qui nous ont proposé exactement la même chose Bel hôtel mais trop élevé au vu de son ensemble

We stayed here for two nights. It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with only 6 rooms. Very comfortable bed. We stayed in the master suite which was amazing with a view of the beautiful lake. It also had its own fireplace which we used in the evenings. Bathroom is a great size and equipped with a heated towel rail - great to dry the swimwear after using the heated indoor pool. The staff here are all so lovely and polite. Our butler Jim was very nice and greeted us well on arrival and gave us advice of places to visit. Shimal was our personal waiter for the duration - he was so nice and attended to all our needs professionally and politely. Top marks to him. Highly recommend this hotel. Soyza was the other member of staff who was also very nice.

房間中規中矩，老舊房間。單論房間不值1700。完全沒必要花錢來住，這邊的bar、泰餐、印度餐、下午茶都可以walk in，現金刷卡都可以。所有的地方打卡都可以進。很多人都是來打卡吃飯然後住其他酒店。我覺得旁邊的hill club就是不錯的平替，反正都是老房子。省下1000塊幹啥不香啊，土豪隨意。這邊的小黑跟中國人和白人完全倆嘴臉，白人入住都帶你酒店tour一下，介紹一下。帶我們的小黑全程冷臉帶我們去房間就拉倒了，當然你給我臉子我準備好的小費自然也不給你。酒店11點退房，這個要注意。我默認十二點，他十一點半給我打電話讓我退房，不然罰5000盧比……呵呵

We simply love st. Andrew’s hotel. This is our first time staying here and we have one more night to go. Up to now everything has been nothing less than perfection. Specially to mention the food here tastes SO GOOD! The services, staff attention to detail is incredible. Special thanks to Ms. Goury, Mr. Kapila, and mangala for taking absolute best care of us and to all the other staff. We’ll definitely be here again! 10/10 recommended for anyone looking for a luxury cozy stay in nuwara eliya.
