Hotel berhampiran Queensberry Viewpoint, Nuwara Eliya District

This amazing place offers a beautiful view and is a great choice for staying in the Nuwara Eliya area. We stayed in a King Room with a Mountain View for one night. The room was clean and had a wonderful terrace. Managed by a lovely family, we were greeted with tea upon arrival, and the room was equipped with a heater and a warm blanket—perfect for the cool mountain climate of Nuwara Eliya. Although we arrived late, we were pleased to find that dinner was available. While the menu was limited, it ensured we didn't go to bed hungry. The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best we've experienced in Sri Lanka. Cottage San Francesco is cozy, quiet, and a lovely place to stay. 外觀：簡直像小時候玩的積木一樣精緻，拍照很出片。 內飾：高貴典雅，年代感足但絲毫不老舊。 餐飲：晚餐有自助和印度餐廳單點，我們選擇品嘗一下正宗的印度餐，咖喱確實比較足，但是能接受。特別要表揚一下為我們服務的SanKaLpa,他是位特別幽默的雅拉 小夥子，熱情的為我們推薦、介紹特色美食，使我們的用餐體驗特別舒適👍 服務：從進入大堂開始每個人都洋溢着熱情，不像有些攻略中講的歧視中國人，完全沒感到。 配套：泳池好美啊，人也少，略隱蔽；小花園溜達轉轉也很愜意的。

تجربة سيئة مع هذا الفندق اللي خرب علينا الاستمتاع بالرحلة اللي المفروض تكون اجمل يومين في نوراليا وهي اجمل مدينه في سريلانكا ، لا اعلم على اي اساس يصنف خمس نجوم والحجز فيه مقابل مبلغ عالي ولا يميزه الا انه مبنى ضحم قطع الاثاث فيه صغيره ومتناثرة تصميمه غير جميل بعكس فنادق سريلانكا المصنفه خمس نجوم هو مكان للنوم فقط،، للاسف وثقنا في وكاله السفر السريلانكيه هي من اختارت لنا الفندق على اساس انه خمس نجوم وجيد مع انه كان ممكن بنفس المبلغ اسكن افضل من هذا الفندق بمراحل ،نصيحه لا تعتمدوا عليهم في اختيار الفنادق لانهم سيختارون لكم الارخص ليوفروا، تعاملهم في الفندق فيه نوع من العنصريه وعدم الترحيب ، بداية من الاستقبال الى العاملين في المطعم ، كرت دخول الغرف كل ماخرجنا من الغرفه تعطل علينا لا يشحنونه الامره واحده فقط تعبنا من الصعود والنزول للاستقبال حتى يشحنون الكرت ،الفطور والعشا شكل جميل وبوفيه متنوع لكن الطعم الحمدلله لم نستطع الاكل يتم تحضيره من نوعيات رديئة ورخيصة السمك كله زفرة ولا يستساغ والدجاج كأنك تأكل بلاستيك طعام لا يصلح للاستهلاك الادمي ولا يساوي المبلغ المدفوع في الفندق ، كل فنادق سريلانكا تضع تحذير اذا الطعام يحتوي على لحم خنزير او على الاقل صورته ، لكن وضعوا Bacon في السلطة ولم يتم التنبيه على ذلك مع ان الكثير من العرب كانوا موجودين في الفندق ،، وهؤلاء العرب ضحايا القروبات ووكالات السفر اللي تختار اخس الفنادق لعملائها وانا اعرف انهم مستأون من الفندق مثلنا ، ولو حجزنا عن طريق بوكنق لكان بامكانهم التقييم او الحصول على خدمه جيدة على الاقل،مصنف خمس نجوم وهو فقير بالادوات واللوازم التي تضعها الفنادق الخمس نجوم في الغرف ، سكنت قبلا فنادق في نوراليا تحتوي على حديقه لان هذا اهم مايميز نوراليا وفنادقها لكن هذا الفندق تم وضع كم زرعه وكم طاوله في مساحة صغيرة جدا وجانبية من الفندق واسموها حديقة حتى الجلوس فيها يسبب الاكتئاب

emplacement sympathique à Nuwara Eliya, et petit déjeuner exceptionnel, certainement l'un des meilleurs de notre séjour ! Nous avons eu un petit souci de Wifi dans l'une des 2 chambres, rien de bien grave. Les espaces de couchage sont spacieux, vous disposez à chaque fois du nécessaire pour faire un thé, voire même dans l'une des 2 nous avions accès à une petit kitchennette pour nous cuisiner un repas. Accueil très bien, emplacement idéal.

From check in time to check out we were treated like royalty. Sanath the butler did a wonderful job making our stay comfortable and enjoyable . He brought all of our bags in to our rooms, made our beds, waited our table for breakfast/dinner, and made sure to bring our morning tea/coffee right on time. We truly felt like we were home. The food was absolutely delicious, Chef Kelum put a lot of love and passion into his cooking and always made sure everything was to our liking. The attention to detail and the effort put in by these two made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a serene/peaceful location with beautiful views and great service I highly recommend JetWing Broomfield. This villa is also owned by the Bandarainke family and has a lot of history the decorations and furniture gives it a very beautiful old school feel. I will be sure to visit again.

This hotel feels like luxury from the moment that you are greeted at the door. The rooms and spaces are beautifully designed, giving a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Food is delicious, view over the lake is lovely, service from all the staff is exceptional. A lovely end to my holiday in Sri Lanka!

We usually stay in chain hotels but based on reviews decided to stay here for a change and felt it was a mistake. Stayed for two nights and had very inconsistent experience. The location is bit away from city and next to tea plantation. The last 150M road is in bad shape. The check-in was fine. We had booked room with double bed, but the one we got had extra bed and no space to move around. We asked them to remove and they said they will do it tomorrow, that tomorrow never came. The Balcony was facing roof of another house blocking the view. We asked if we can get something with better view, the answer was again ”tomorrow”, which never came. What we liked was taking walk in tree plantations in the evening as those were next door. The listing mentioned tea/coffee maker in the room and also Air conditioning which was missing. while we didn't require it, there was a heater. When we asked for tea/ coffee maker, first it was refused, but after pointing out that they have it in their listing, they served tea, Had to follow up even for Water Bottles which were supposed to be provided daily. The food was good. You need to pre-order and they make it, not everything is available every day so be ready to make adjustments there too. The shower is nightmare, pressure was inconsistent and water will suddenly get cold and suddenly too hot. Not sure if this was based on someone else using shower at the same time. Overall based on our habits of staying at Chain Hotels, we will prefer to not opt for such options in future.

This was a great place to stay in Nuwareliya. The Villa is beautifully kept with 3 cozy rooms and a great small garden for some early morning teas! The staff were quite helpful, and the villa is located in close proximity to the Nuwareliya town. It is one of the most peaceful villas to stay at with a good view of some tea fileds. It is definitely worth a visit for couples, a group of friends and/ or Family.

We stayed two nights at Glendevon Bungalow where we had a really amazing experience! Service and food was exceptional! Morgan and Thennakoon always greeted us with a smile and provided us with top notch service at all times! Bandula, the chef, provided us with the best food we’ve had in a while!! All in all we had a very pleasant experience at Glendevon all thanks to the aforementioned individuals and their commitment to great service! The bungalow and gardens are very well maintained and we would surely visit again!
