Hotel di Oakland dengan Kolam Renang

I stay at the property every time I visit my family and friends in the bay area. I always can count on a clean quiet room and good service. I typically check in at night and there is always a nice staff member regardless the day that I check in. The food is good as well as I have tried several items.

This place is any great location centrally located in Oakland and it has a great view of the bay. The front desk staff was not very helpful when I was checking in, but this place is very clean and up-to-date. We were comfortable in our room and I would recommend a stay here.

Room smelled of tobacco smoke despite being a “non smoking” hotel.

They replaced a broken fridge not fast but they did. Same hustle with a clogged sink. Room service is promised every other day, OK, on requests they finally managed it after 4 nights... They claimed that our prepaid amount was not paid and forced me to contact Trip dot com for clarification. Kind of strange. Our room came with street view which means a freeway + train line, see pic. With closed windows the noise was no issue for us, AC is working fine. For useful hints on the area ask the pretty nice janitor;)

We booked the Hilton Oakland Airport for its proximity to the airport, perfect for our early morning flight. Unfortunately, convenience was the only perk of our stay. The hotel's decor felt like a trip back in time - think dated furniture and a very ”retro Hilton” vibe. While some might find it charming, we were hoping for something more modern. Arriving at 1am, a working air conditioner was crucial. However, ours wasn't functioning properly. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night. Waking up hot and sweaty at 5am, I opened the window for some relief, only to be met with constant noise from outside. Trying to address the air conditioning issue was another challenge. The phone in the room was broken! Hoping for a resolution in the morning, I used the live chat function at 8am. Disappointingly, there was no response until a mere 15 minutes before our 11am checkout - far too late to be of any help. To add insult to injury, our bathroom only had one towel. With the broken phone, requesting more was impossible. On top of that, housekeeping knocking repeatedly at 8am unnecessarily disrupted our sleep. The only solution offered was a late check-out at 1pm, which arrived way too late for our travel plans. This stay fell short of Hilton standards, especially for a Diamond member like myself. The malfunctioning air conditioning, broken phone, lack of response on live chat, inadequate towels, and unnecessary housekeeping disruption significantly impacted our experience. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the Oakland Airport, I recommend exploring other options. There are better hotels available that won't leave you feeling sweaty, frustrated, and disappointed.

The hotel was very clean in and out. I truly enjoyed the night there. All necessary amenities ( refrigerator, safe, iron, microwave, coffee maker, multiple power outlets etc) were readily available in the room . The bed and sheets were great and comfortable. Hi 👋

I would not return back to the Claremont. Sat to journal and chair was falling apart. Manager was more concern with being vaccinated than room.

Honestly the hotel itself is a trip to be inside first of all. I didnt know whether or not our car was going to get stripped of it's parts like all the ones directly outside of the gates. There was a shooting close by that was fun, the staff were friendly they didn't have some of the easiest people to deal with but they were amazing people. It's would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the surrounding area, the elevator being difficult, and some of the people, we saw someone get arrested so that was fun.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.
