Не сезон, еще и карантин - номер 702 полулюкс с джакузи нам достался по очень приятной цене меньше 1300 грн. - чистый, светлый, ненавязчивый интерьер, комфортная двухспальная кровать, а не как часто встречается - 2 одинарных, совмещенные вместе. Порадовал климат-контроль - можно самому регулировать насколько ты хочешь,чтобы было тепло в номере - для меня это важно, люблю когда тепло. Хорошая шумоизоляция, вид из окна красивый. Рядом с отелем красивый парк с небольшим озером и торговый центр. В номере был утюг и доска для глажки - очень удобно. На нулевом этаже хороший чистый спортзал. Работал только хамам - сауна была закрыта. Из минусов - в крытом бассейне вода ледяная - поэтому я им не пользовалась и напор гидромассажа в джакузи слабоват, но это не критично. Очень понравилась болгарская кухня, особенно голубцы в листьях винограда, обслуживание в ресторане хорошее. Завтрак не был включен - мы заказывали себе утром что захотели. Остались довольны - брали чизкейк, кофе, капучино и омлет - вышло 180грн. И для романтических выходных и для бизнес-командировки - это просто сказочное место- нам с мужем очень понравилось!

We have been coming here on family vacation 4 summers since 2017. The hotel is extremely well executed regarding amenities, design, services and cleanliness. A true luxury hotel. The pool area is awesome. Very calm and relaxing, even when the hotel is full. Staff and service is very friendly, and the restaurant is open 24/7. We definitely recommend booking one of the superior rooms or above, with balcony over the pool area and a stunning view towards the Black Sea. The beach is about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, but the beach is imo not very nice (overcrowded and not very clean water), so we usually stay at the pool. The weather in July is usually blue sky and 31-32 degrees Celsius. The hotel owns a nice tennis arena 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, with 6 clay courts. You can book a court and even a coach (Andrej was an awesome coach for our 8-year-old daughter) from the hotel reception. The breakfast is very good, with a nice buffet as well as a hot menu which you can order from free of charge. All in all, it is hard to find anything negative about Panorama De Luxe. If anything, the drinks and food could be improved slightly. Don`t get me wrong, it`s not bad at all, but it has room for improvements. For example, medium cooked steak is usually served well done minus. We have no problem recommending staying at Panorama De Luxe, which we have done for the past 4 summers. Both the kids and adults will have a great time in a true luxury environment!

The hotel is located in the Arcadia district of Odessa, near the main turnaround. They offer a free parking at the property and they also offer a free WiFi but it's not too fast and not very stable and usually has a poor connection that gets lost quiet often. Not all the hotel staff speaks English, in fact most of them doesn't which is a bit shame and probably designated for local tourists and not for foreigners. It's 10 mins drive with a taxi to the city center (when there are no traffic) and about 20 mins to the local airport, I suggest using Uber or other similar APP instead of ordering vie the hotel which is rather expensive. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from near the hotel area and prices are very cheap and fair. The rooms are located in the tower which is rather hard to get there at the first time and takes time to get used to it, you feel like you're in a maze searching for your room changing 2 or 3 different lifts and walking in different halls. The rooms are small and the bed mattress is not very comfortable not to mention that there is not option to block the entire sun light completely so you'll wake up early and don't expect a good sleep during the night. Not to mention that they forgot to tell you that the hotel is under constructions at this time so it was always noisy with a lot of repairs and you felt like in a factory and not in a hotel. The shower is nice and the water pressure is OK but the TV is small and lame connection and most of the channels are useless unless you're local or speaks Russian and with very bas connection and lots of interruptions. I had to change my room and ask the housekeeping to clean it and change my towels as they didn't do that by themselves.

Провели в отеле Портофино 10 дней в июле и 10 дней в августе этого года,поэтому наш отзыв будет адекватный и объективный.Нашей семье здесь нравится даже больше,чем на Лазурном берегу Франции - лучше море и вход в него,лучше песок,отель стоит на самом берегу и рядом чистейший бассейн с кристальной водой.Отличное здание ,в этом году добавились новые номера с балконами на 4 этаже и красивым видом (а также с шезлонгами и кофе машиной в номере). Персонал Очень внимательный,подходишь на рецепшн,как на праздник,девочки-горничные отлично убирали каждый день,все сверкало,случайно провела салфеткой по полу (капнула кремом) -пол вымыт до белой салфетки.В этом году очень много бич боев на пляже - мальчики реально старались-и полотенца стелили ,и зонтики закапывали надежно,помогали искать лежаки в первом ряду. Отель очень популярный и у официантов очень много заказов,это надо понимать и немножечко подождать,полюбоваться морем чуть дольше, или подсуетиться и перехватить на полпути . Номера очень удобные в отеле,отличные кровати и постели,шезлонги,зонтики новые,на песке мусора не наблюдали.В первом ряду надо занимать в 7.30,утром на пляже очень красиво,к 11 утра пляж почти пустеет,в любом ряду приятно.Многие посетители приходят к обеду. Еда в ресторане всегда свежайшая и вкусная,остались очень довольны. Отель Портофино- любимое место многих одесситов и приезжих,только здесь идеальное сочетание отличного здания ,хорошего ресторана ,бассейна,прекрасного пляжа и моря в нескольких шагах.Лучшее место в Аркадии,это надо понимать- все сюда хотят,но на всех чего то может не хватать,поэтому люди со слабыми нервами и психикой -Европа вам в помощь, только там в пару раз дороже,да и требовать что то не принято. Спасибо любимый отель Портофино за ШИКАРНОЕ лето ,приедем в следующем году!

Прекрасный персонал, отличный отель) Бронировали Номер эконом класса, дали в подарок стандартный номер за те же деньги)так же был поздний выезд, разрешили остаться на 3 часа больше, чем предусмотрено правилами отдела) завтраки на высшем уровне) персонал отлично делает свою работы, очень приятные и вежливые администраторы) рекомендую всем)

Отличный отель и прекрасный персонал. Забронировал два номера, но поездка отменилась. Вошли в моё положение, комиссию за отмену не потребовали. Вечером того же дня все же понадобился один номер. Снова без проблем приняли бронь. Встретили с улыбкой, поселили быстро. В номере идеальная чистота, удобная кровать, дорогое качественное белье. Никакого постороннего шума слышно не было. Можно отлично выспаться. Спасибо, приедем ещё!
