Habitación limpia y muy nueva pero si vuestra idea es como la nuestra y es buscar un hotel pet friendly no me a gustado nada que ponga que “pueden cobr**** suplementos” mandes un mensaje al hotel diciendo que llevas dos caniches toy, al cual no tuve respuesta ninguna, y después de subir a la habitación y hacer el check in, me digan que necesitan hablar conmigo, que me cobran 20€ por la noche con estos dos perros, entiendo que cobren un suplemento por ellos, pero que sean claros en Booking.com y pongan su precio real, ya que no es lo mismo llevar dos caniches toy de 3kg cada uno los cuales no sueltan pelo por su raza, que un chowchow como el que vi en la recepción, o un pastor alemán que si tienen que tener una limpieza extra por el tema del pelo, no volvería por este tema, ya que al final el precio me salió como un hotel en pleno centro de Lisboa con las mismas características.

There is a lot to say about this hostel but I'm not going to say just bad things because I stayed for two months It's a spacious place with a swimming pool near a train station, a wonderful beach for surfing and there are a lot of shops around The reception maintenance team is renewed quite often but generally they do their job well, they are people who come from afar for the most part, they are looking for recognition and a better quality of life. now we are going to talk about the big problems of this place caused by poor management of a surely negligent owner and one or more incompetent and irresponsible Manager During my stay here I saw five assaults, mostly on girls who work for the hostel. I never saw the owner or the Manager come to see anything or try to comfort his team, I had to intervene myself on aggressions inside the hostel to make the attackers leave we had to leave the place about ten days because of bedbug's On our return we had no compensation for this and the manager asked us to pay again the tourist tax that we had already paid, we should never have returned To newcomers, guests, or workers you can now have your own opinion before coming to these places think carefully many people left very quickly because they did not come to Europe to relive the same scenes of violence as in their country of origin. Remember this place is Value for money - a Budget Hotel / Motel. The hotel is 30 minutes drive from the airport, €37 by taxi. The location is nice close to the two beaches within walking distance. The resort has a nice clean swimming pool only for hotel guests. Rooms are cleaned every day, to a satisfactory level, but wear and tear are visible in each corner and especially in the bathroom. Our shower was blocked, and water was going out very slowly. I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing has been done. Tv is in each room with many-many channels, mostly English, so the lack of entertainment in the evening can be compensated for this way. Every unit has a built-in air conditioner. Food was a problem. Breakfast was fine, nothing can really go wrong with chopping ham, and cheese, and placing butter, and fruits on the buffet. Lunch and dinner are a problem. I don’t think that there is any experienced chef working in the kitchen. All was dry, without taste, and re-heated many times. Vegetable from Lidl or Aldi cans. Out of 10 stars, food would get only 1 – not even that. The staff at reception and in the dining, the room was very friendly and helpful. So overall, go for it, but don’t pay too much – it’s a budget place.

We just stayed 4 nights at this hotel and were pleased with the comfort and efficiency from the hotel staff. Especially want to compliment Albert in the breakfast room, he was ever so helpful and efficient helping me with organising milk for my child every morning. Thank you Albert, very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, apart from the pillows are not great and the soap dish has holes at the bottom so water seeps through all over the sink surface and had a couple of things to mention that the bottled water should be complimentary at least once per day and a kettle in the room for tea and coffee would be a great bonus! Coffee doesn’t taste too good at breakfast but cannot complain too much as it was great to have a free breakfast with a good selection of food. (Tomato ketchup missing at the buffet too but if you ask they will serve you some) On the whole the hotel has free breakfast and parking and is in a good location for travelling to sintra, cascáis and Lisbon, very convenient.

Hygiëne kon beter, afvalemmer en knop lamp boven werktafel worden blijkbaar niet gereinigd,zou toch een must moeten zijn in tijden van Corona.
Het zijn de details die er toe doen!
Ook spijtig dat hotel geen restaurant heeft om s'avonds te dineren, blijkbaar typisch voor business hotel.
Dus moet je opzoek om s'avonds iets te eten.
Verhouding prijs kwaliteit geef ik 3,8 op 5.

Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities and a perfect location for exploring too. Only 10 mins from train station which can get you to Lisbon, Cascais and Nos Alive in under half an hour! The hostel itself is a cool vibe with a lovely swimming pool and garden for relaxing. They’ve games in the hostel so you will never be bored. I came here with a group of friends and we enjoyed what they had to offer, we would highly recommend and we would definitely come again ☺️

My partner and I spent two nights here after a city hotel, for some relaxation. We considered the price reasonable (~100 Euros per night). The pool and restaurant area are just what we needed. The pool is right above the highway but most of the time you wouldn't notice. The view of the Tagus meeting the Atlantic is beautiful any time of day. The food in the restaurant was good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast. The hotel partners with a local masseuse, Nikita, who did a fantastic job on my over-worked legs. Two days prior, we had hiked at Sintra and Cabo da Roca lighthouse, down to Praia da Aroeira, which left me incredible sore, still (also definitely worth it and highly recommended). I walked out feeling more relaxed and in less pain. If you stay at this hotel, the massage is not to be missed, for only 40 Euros (plus tip, because c'mon, we're all good people here). The room was comfortable, although we had a small aircon issue where the air would not get cold enough for my hot-natured partner. With the windows open and the breeze, I was comfortable. The bed was sufficient for a good night's sleep, though more pillows would have been appreciated.

PPengguna TetamuUm fim de semana fantástico. Pena o tempo não ter ajudado a usufruir da fantástica piscina exterior. No entanto, disfrutamos da piscina interior e ginásio. Reservamos um T2 e simpaticamente fizeram um upgrade e ficamos alojados num apartamento com excelentes condições e vista para o rio Tejo. De destacar a simpatia de todos os funcionários. De certeza iremos voltar....

PPinheiroJoanaFoi uma experiência agradável, o staff muito prestável e eficiente; o pequeno almoço era saboroso e variado.
O quarto tinha boas dimensões para duas pessoas, uma cama confortável e espaçosa, com bastantes locais de arrumo, com cortinas black-out muito eficazes e era bem climatizado. A casa de banho tinha um bom chuveiro, com ótima potência e bem regulado a nível de temperatura.
Todavia a insonorização do quarto poderia ser bastante melhor.

PPengguna TetamuENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. El único letrero es uno pequeño que dice ”Hotel local” en la puerta principal. En segundo lugar, el hotel es de alguna manera 4 estrellas, cuando en realidad no pasa de 2 estrellas. Algunos ejemplos de esto: terriblemente bajo mantenimiento, las paredes no se han limpiado probablemente desde que se construyó. Además, hay problemas de humedad en el hotel. El desayuno, es terriblemente malo. Parecido al desayuno de un hostel para mochileros. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). Lo único bueno que se me ocurre en este hotel es probablemente las habitaciones sorprendentemente grandes y la piscina

PPengguna TetamuRemember this place is Value for money - a Budget Hotel / Motel. The hotel is 30 minutes drive from the airport, €37 by taxi. The location is nice close to the two beaches within walking distance. The resort has a nice clean swimming pool only for hotel guests. Rooms are cleaned every day, to a satisfactory level, but wear and tear are visible in each corner and especially in the bathroom. Our shower was blocked, and water was going out very slowly. I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing has been done. Tv is in each room with many-many channels, mostly English, so the lack of entertainment in the evening can be compensated for this way. Every unit has a built-in air conditioner. Food was a problem. Breakfast was fine, nothing can really go wrong with chopping ham, and cheese, and placing butter, and fruits on the buffet. Lunch and dinner are a problem. I don’t think that there is any experienced chef working in the kitchen. All was dry, without taste, and re-heated many times. Vegetable from Lidl or Aldi cans. Out of 10 stars, food would get only 1 – not even that. The staff at reception and in the dining, the room was very friendly and helpful. So overall, go for it, but don’t pay too much – it’s a budget place.
