오이타 여행 중 두번째 이용했습니다. 프론트 직원들이 매우 친절해서 기분 좋은 숙박이 되었습니다. 일찍 체크아웃하며 짐을 맡기고 오후에 찾을 수 있어 여행에 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 다음에 오이타 방문시 다시 이용해야겠어요

My recent stay at Dormy Inn Oita Hotel was truly heartwarming and memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. Let's start with the room – it was simply great! Spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean, it felt like a home away from home. After a busy day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable space was a true delight. And oh, the breakfast! Absolutely delicious. Each morning, I looked forward to a delightful spread of Japanese delights that tantalized my taste buds and left me feeling energized for the day ahead. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese cuisine. Now, let's talk about the onsen – an absolute highlight of my stay. The soothing hot springs provided a tranquil retreat where I could unwind and relax amidst the serene surroundings. It was an experience I'll cherish for a long time. One of the things I loved most about Dormy Inn Oita was its convenient location near the JR Station. This made it incredibly easy to explore the local area and find delicious dining options for dinner. It was like having the best of Oita right at my doorstep! During my stay, there was an unexpected earthquake, but I was so impressed by how the staff handled the situation. They kept everyone informed and checked in regularly to ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during a challenging time. And let me tell you about the incredible assistance I received when my car ran out of battery. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me out, contacting the necessary services and ensuring everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently. It was such a relief to have their support. In conclusion, my stay at Dormy Inn Oita was nothing short of amazing. From the warm hospitality to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at this fantastic hotel. Dormy Inn will always hold a special place in my heart.

Very nice hotel and close to Oita station. It's only a 500yen taxi to the hotel if you have lots of luggage or about a 15 minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Bianca and Nobuhara Miho. The breakfast is also very good and my room was large and comfortable. The information office at Oita station is very good and they speak and understand english.

立地、客室、食事、スタッフの方の対応　ともに満足でした。加えて、スポーツジム、浴場が宿泊者も利用可能になったことも、とても満足です！

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Service was very good. Parking was an extra 550 yen per day. Breakfast was Japanese style but did include a bacon and egg cooked in front of each guest with the small Japanese hotpot. Our room fit 3 adults was very nice with clean modern amenities consisting of one room with two single beds, and a sizable living room with futon in the evening for the third bed. Nice view of Beppu tower in our room. Hotspring outdoor was totally enjoyable with a view of the sunrise and the Beppu Bay. Gotta be careful though because for ladies, someone in a boat at the bay might be able to see our naked upper bodies with telescope if we stand up.😅

이번 여행은 후쿠오카행 비행기 대신 오이타행 비행기로 시작했습니다. 후쿠오카에서 결국 벳푸나 오이타 오는 일정인데 그럼 오이타국제공항이 더 가깝더라고요. 오이타공항에서 시외버스 에어라이나 타고 벳푸시외터미널역까지 왔습니다. 요금은 1인당 1,600엔. 숙소를 바다근처 뉴쓰루타호텔로 정했는데 시외터미널 길 건너편 가깝네요. 1층 로비 시원하고 정리 잘된 쉬는 공간 많습니다. 직원들 친절하고 기분 좋아집니다. 객실은 트윈베드룸인데 충분히 넓어요. 다만 침대상태가 별로라서. 커피포트나 얼음물포트에는 물때가 껴있어서 청소상태는 조금 문제가 있네요. 화장실안 욕실커튼에 물곰팡이도 있고요. 여기까지는 실망했어요. 그런데 6층 공동목욕실 들어가니 바다가 훤히 보이고 물관리 상태가 잘되어 있어요. 온천물이 너무 뜨겁지도 않고 좌욕하기 적당합니다. 또 다음날 조식을 8층식당에서 먹었는데 부페음식 종류 충분하고 맛있어요. 대만족입니다. 결론적으로 호텔평가는 바다근처 접근성 좋고 호텔직원들 친절하고 조식도 좋고 호텔방도 넓고 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔방 청소상태는 보통 또는 보통 이하. 근처에 You me타운 있어 장보기도 좋고요.

Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!

It's very clean!! I am the type of person to easily get rashes when strangers touch me, but I had no issues staying here. The staff also upgraded my room 🥰 The location is very very good, just a short walk from the beppu train station, where you can take a local bus to the jigoku tourism onsens. The private onsen was hard to get when I stayed, you really have to monitor the availability on TV. I would suggest that you try afternoon for the private onsens when people are either out or have checked out of the hotel, as they seem to be very popular at night.

My wife booked this hotel for us for our weekend in Beppu. We selected this hotel based on the price, parking, and location. It is within walking distance to the train station and down town area. They have parking here which is a plus. The staff was very friendly, the individual helping us spoke great English which made check in/out easy. They have breakfast here, because of COVID, it was not buffet style, but the trays were nice and the food was great. The rooms were perfect, they were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, plus the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay here.

今回は少しだけ良いホテルに泊まろうということで、昨年オープンのこちらを利用しました未就学1人を含む4人。山側の3人部屋に泊まりました。普段「入ってすぐにトイレとお風呂一緒の場所があって、その奥にはベッドが2つ、その向かいには机とテレビがある部屋(子供談)」しか泊りませんので、子供2人はテンション上がってました。 店前道路は、センター仕切りがありますので、別府方面からの入庫はしばらく行ったところからのUターンになります。 15時にチェックインしましたが、フロント隣で地獄蒸しや梅酒を配ってまして、さっそくいただきました。おいしかったです。 その後すぐお風呂。ホテル自体は活況のようでしたが、まだこの時間は空いてました。広々としてて快適です。湯温もgood。上がったところには生ビールサーバーや、ドリンクバー、アイスがあります。こちら夜の時間帯だけですね。 だんだん混んでくる感じなので、早めに入るとよいのかもしれません。 夕食は90分2部制。子供もいるので17時半からの早い時間。ハーフバイキングなので、ステーキや前菜なんかは持ってきてくれます。ビュッフェ台の料理が気になって仕方ないのですが、先にテーブルサービス料理に手を付けたほうが満腹状態との相談がしやすいのではないかと。お酒も飲み放題。私は普段飲まないのですが貧乏性発症のため(笑)、杏露酒を少しいただきました。酒飲みなら天国ですな。 ビュッフェ台にもおいしい料理がいくつも並びますので、非常に満足度高かったです。 ご飯終了後は、子供とプレイルームへ。子供はプッシュポップとかいうおもちゃにハマってましたが、いろいろ遊べるスペースあります。子供連れなら一度顔を出しても良いのでは。ちなみに2階にトイレがないので、これは結構面倒くさい。 部屋は新しいので広くてきれいです。海側は眺めもさぞ良いのだろうとおもいますが、そこは財布との相談ですね。 翌日も朝からお風呂へ。6時半頃でしたが、それなりの入りでした。こちらも遅めだと混んでるようです。 朝食は7時半スタート。チェックイン時の受付で開始時間を聞かれますが、夕食と違い時間制ではないので、8時半とかの回だとその時間に行っても入場制限かかります。スタッフさんもその辺は気にしてたぽくて、嫁&下の子がトイレ、私と上の子がデザートを取りに行ってるタイミングでテーブルを片付けられそうになりました。 ビュッフェ自体は和洋取り交ぜて1回では食べ比べできない種類があります。魚は生のものがあり、テーブルで焼くタイプのものも提供されます。これはおいしかった。ていうか、全部美味しい。 1階のロビーのあたり、夕方のふろ上がりスペースにはドリンクバーがあり、プレイルームにもコーヒーマシーンがあるなど気前がいいです。地獄蒸しもあり、そこでは梅酒or焼酎楽しめますので食事をしない方でも楽しめます。それでも食事ありのほうがここを満喫できるのではないかと思います。あとピーク時に宿泊される方は早めの行動(夕方の風呂、朝の風呂、朝食)を心がけると空いてて満足度も上がるのではないかと思います。 子連れもいっぱい泊ってました。今回はハーモニーランドと組み合わせて泊りました(翌日行く場合は、いったん左折してUターン)。それなりに客室も多いので大人の静けさが欲しい方には向かないかもしれません。にぎやかでもOKなグループ、お酒好きのグループにはいいかもしれませんね。
