日曜日の朝、朝食を食べ損ねそうになった。 チェックイン時点では、写真を見せられて、セットメニューなので、この5種類の中から当日選んでくれ、という説明のみ。「セットメニューのみ」だと理解する。 駅前のビジネスホテルなのに、日曜日は平日より30分遅く7時から開始。フロントと同階の居酒屋に委託しているようで、説明されてもハッキリと場所は分からず、フロントからも見えない。 7時半にホテルから出て店の方に向かうと、前の椅子にズラッと人が…。しかしお待ちいただいています、という札もないので、店内で朝食を、と言うと「前でお待ちください。」名前を書こうとすると、そういうものはない、と言う。ただ、順番が来るまで、廊下で座って待って居ろ、という事らしい。テイクアウトは、と聞くが、やっていません、とのこと。 仕事で出発しなければならないのに、これでは朝を食べ損ねる…と、フロントに戻ってホテルの人に状況を説明すると、ホテル側では全く事態を把握していない。一緒に朝食の店に行ってもらって、事情を聴いてもらう。ようやく、最初の人たちが退席し始め、しかも運よく、前の人たちがグループ客ばかりだったので、ギリギリ、8時45分くらいに着席。 入ってみると、セットはメインだけで、それに少しバイキングも追加されている。しかも、個室居酒屋の形式で、最大8人(組)しか入店できないことが分かる。これでは、いつまで待っても入店できなかった可能性が大で、ビジネスホテルの朝ごはんとしては失格だと思う。 ホテルも丸投げしないで、どういう状況なのか把握し、改善して欲しい。

The hotel is just less than 5 mins walk from Okayama station. It is also near big malls such as Aeon Mall and Takashimaya, where you’ll be spoilt for choices on food. I like to walk and I was able to get to Okayama castle in less than half an hour.
The room is clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Is a pretty hotel next to the JR station. Also next to a big shopping mall Aeon. On Sunday, a gentleman played piano in the lobby, really lovely. Most of the room has nice view and reasonable size from Japan standard. The only negative feeling about the hotel is the restaurants. Before I rush to take the train on Sunday, I wish to go to the buffet restaurant. The waiter at the counter just informed me in a very rude manner the restaurant is fully booked. Same as the manager of the restaurant. This is different from most of the hotel which always try to accommodate their hotel guest. I am Diamond member of Cathay Pacific airline for 20 years. Spending a lot of time in hotel each year. I have to say I feel extremely sorry for what happened. As the front desk staffs of this hotel is excellent. Same as the hotel set up is so good. But the manner of the waiter/ manager of the restaurant did spoil the feeling of the guest tremendously.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and they allowed you to indicate if you were going to have breakfast there the next day on the TV to avoid food waste. Nice sustainable practice. Taste was so-so, but choice was rather limited. Can't expect too much given such a bargain, of course. Location close to JR Okayama Station, so it was convenient. But the cargo trains were quite noisy at late-night and in the early morning. Might not be the best choice for those sensitive to sound. Anyway the overall experience was satisfactory.

The location is right above the train station. If you live at the upper floors the view was fantastic. I was on level 14 and there were no other tall building near me.
However, one bad point is that you may hear the trains early in the morning. But there are no trains at night, so that's fine. I was here mainly for transiting.
On check in day, they had to do a last minute switch to a non-smoking room for me and they very kindly did it.
Very basic room, good space.

排水が詰まっていたので、お風呂の水が流れず困った。 ためては使ってないので。 枕はふたつ欲しいかな？と思う。 高さ調整出来ないので。 喫煙の部屋でしたが、 前の方がヘビースモーカーだったのか、空気清浄機もずっとつけていたのですが、あまりきかず、 においがすごかった。(紙巻きたばこ) 換気のためにお風呂を開けっ放しにしておいたら、 バスタオルが黄色くなってしまった。 かけていた服にもタバコのにおいがバッチリついてしまったので、 消臭スプレーを寝る前にかけてみました。 部屋自体は広くていつも通りなんですけど ちょっとキツすぎました。

広いお部屋で、綺麗にしてあり、オヤツまで付いていて大満足でした。お風呂も露天風呂までありゆっくりできました。部屋に風呂の混雑状況がわかるシステムがありましたかね？もう少ないかなぁ〜と思ったのですが、案外多くて待つ必要があったので、混雑状況がわかったら良かったと思いました。でも風呂から出た後のアイスクリームサービスで吹き飛びました。時間があったらマッサージ機も利用したかったです。そして桃ジュースも朝食も美味しかったです。また利用します。

We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

パパイパイマーマー非の打ち所がありません。唯一あるとすればチェックインにかかる時間が長い(名前、住所、電話番号などをタブレットに記載しないとならない点)ですが、まぁ、やむなしというところですので、それがマイナスというわけではありません。空間の作り方が独特で少し戸惑いましたが、なかなかユニークで気に入りました。部屋はとても広く清潔で、大浴場があるにも関わらず、さらに部屋の中の浴槽もビッグサイズという驚き。ベッドはサイズも寝心地も抜群でした。私は気にしませんが、窓がそこまで大きくないです。大浴場はコンパクトなスーパー銭湯ほどの充実度で最高です。サウナもあります。

白白レグ旅行で泊まりました。
部屋は清潔に掃除されていて綺麗でした。
また朝食もよかったです。
*料理は出来立てが運ばれてきましたし、何よりパン好きとしてパンの種類が沢山あったのは高得点でした！
スタッフの方々も笑顔で気持ちよかったですし、駅近でアクセスがとてもよく、機会があったらまた泊まりたいと思いました。

MMokaixiang一開始以為是情侶酒店有點抗拒，入住後才發現其實很乾凈設施很好，面積很大，還有電動氣泡按摩浴缸，大沙發，大電視，還有一個設施很全的化粧洗手間。洗手間裏有卸粧水，洗面奶，爽膚水，乳液，男士還有剃鬚泡沫，須後水，男士乳液。設施不錯！

PPengguna Tanpa NamaPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

PPengguna Tetamu出張で利用しました。 岡山駅西口から徒歩3分ぐらい？とても近いです。 朝食などのサービスはなく、シンプルな素泊まりのためのホテルですが、すぐ近くにコンビニや松屋があるので全く困りません。 今回はシングルに宿泊しましたが、部屋の広さもシングルにしては十分、トイレ・バスの広さも十分です。部屋に電子レンジが完備されているのがありがたいです。 是非また利用したいです。

Ggan1712格式のあるホテルです。建設作業員が宿泊するには申し訳無いです。 GOＴｏキャンペーンで より安く泊まらせて頂いてます。 岡山市を一望できます 最高です 周りは緑に囲まれ ホッとします。 以前から泊まりたいホテルでしほた 余りに居心地が良いので ２週間 連泊します！ 贅沢ですね〜！ こんなホテルに連泊出来るのは そんなにチャンスはありません。 次は 家族で来たいですね！

Mmakun225 これまでに、ビジネス利用で岡山駅周辺のホテルには10軒以上泊まりました。当ホテルは普通のビジネスホテルのレベルです。 設備が古く、特に浴槽の「シャワー」「給湯」の切り替えレバーが劣化しているのが気がかりでした。また、トイレのウォッシュレット便座がヒーター付きでないのは冬季には少々つらいものがあります。さらに、テレビはBSが受信できません。これは今まで止まった岡山駅周辺のホテルでは初めてでした。 ただし、部屋に電子レンジと洗濯機があるのは重宝しました。ビジネス宿泊には必須です。 朝食には失望しました。公式ホームページの写真に比べてあまりの品数の少なさ、想像の半分程度の品数でした（たとえばサラダはキャベツ千切りしかない）。 シングル税込み5400円の料金でしたが、この料金帯でもっとコスパの良いホテル は周辺にあります。スタッフの対応は申し分なかっただけに、かなり残念です。

PPengguna Tetamu駅から地下道を使わずに歩いて来ました。遠くからだとホテルの看板がみえますが近づくとホテルの位置がわかりません。クロロフイル美顔とか音楽教室の看板が目につきます。通り過ぎてから戻りました。 フロントにコーヒー・梅こぶ茶・コンソメスープのステイックが置いてあります。新聞差しと思えるラックはからです。エレベータは1基。部屋は椅子の置き場がベッドと冷蔵庫にはさまれて限られた位置にしか置けません。テレビは壁掛けに近い大型のもの。正面からみるにはベッドの上からに限定されます。金属製ビーカーが湯沸かし。テイーバッグの茶が2袋。キーを紛失した場合は1万円頂くとか吸い殻の入った空き缶を発見した場合は清掃料と2万円をいただくというメッセージがあります。テレビのリモコンは字幕のボタンがありません。空調は温度設定が冷・暖どちらも可能。1階のパソコンは椅子付きで1台。microsoft edgeしか使用できないようです。朝も新聞がラックにありません。前夜に少なくなっていた飲用ステイツクは補充されています。
