Hotel Okurcalar Mahallesi dengan Spa

I was in orang county alanya from 21th to 27th April with my wife and my son. I'm going to mention some plus points and minus points of this hotel : Minus points: 1. When we arrived, front desk didn't attend that we need family room .however the most of hotel's room was empty they gave us a very small room with three beds. Our bed was twin bed instead of double bed. 2. My bed had a lot of noise so it maked up me during the night. 3. We were on the first floor so there was a lot of noise from the street . I suggest the door of balcony needs to fix. 4. Nobody couldn't speak English Plus point: 1. Entertainment of hotel was so active and funny . 2. Bartenders was kind and perfessional. Specifically mr berkay makes very delicious drinks and always was so kind. 3. The water of aqua park was warm. 4. Spectacular scenery from lobby 5. Variety of foods 6. Delicious pastas 7. Big main pool 8. Easy access to everything Last but not least I recommend this hotel just for families so there were many families with many children that maked much noise every where.

Bilik mandi persendirian dengan pancuran mandi menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan bidet.

I was there on October Spend great time the hotel is big and clean the beach also big and relaxing some of the staff very kind some not so kind but never rude ,food was okej . the only thing I did not like there is was not free Wi-Fi on the rooms , a great place over all not disappointed I would go again

My friends and I had an amazing stay at ”Saphir Resort & Spa ” at the beginning of September '24! Enjoying the major aspects of it (the beach, the infrastructure, the service), we were absolutely impressed by its gorgeous territory! With numerous places to play and relax, it felt absolutely refreshing during the hottest hours of the day! Hats off to the management! Great job maintaining this beauty! 🍀 The rooms are also nice and quiet! Our spacious 2-room family suite facing the land had two balconies and plenty of storage space for clothes! Really loved it! The service, the food, and the beach were of very high quality! So the hotel totally deserves its stars and could surely be recommended as a lovely vacation retreat to anyone! A few points to consider for the management: 1. The air-conditioning in the ”minus-3” and ”minus-2” toilets is set to an extreme coldness. It's never healthy for a body to be exposed to such a drastic temperature drop after sweating on a beach for hours! No surprise people got sick, and I wasn't an exception! It was so unfortunate to feel off-color during some of my invaluable days, that I promised myself to bring the management's attention to this issue. So I am really hoping my words will be heard and noted! You have a perfect example - the temperature setting in the lobby 's WC is just ”what the doctor ordered”! Way to go! 2. And the staff! Oh, they were absolutely amazing! Always charming, kind, and ready to help, they barely spoke English though... Of course, we always got what we needed coz' they are cuties... but it would be way easier to communicate with these nice people using verbal, not gesture- language :) Just a funny observation - even the transfer 's driver spoke English better than the 5-star- hotel staff Really, just think of it - it could make a great difference if you find some budget to schedule your key employees for English lessons for the next season. Anyways, apart from those two nuances, the hotel is surely one of the bests on the coast! We had an amazing stay and lots of fun there! Come back soon! ♥️

Öve öve bitiremeyeceğim güleryüzlü,yardımcı olan, anlayışlı, anında dönüş aldığımız ,hiç bir şeyimizin eksik kalmadığı mükemmel ötesi bir personel kafilesi var;hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim elbet ama özellikle Halkla ilişkiler asistanı Işılsu Hanım’a; Bar Girl Zeynep Hanım’a,Bar Boy Eşref Bey’e,F&B Patenci Garson Eyüp Bey’e,F&B Garson Doğan Bey’e,F&B Şefi Ahmet Bey’e, Resepsiyonist Batuhan Bey’e özellikle ama özellikle teşekkür ederiz şimdiden kendimizi evimizde hissettik.Öncelikle personele teşekkür ettim çünkü gördüğüm olumsuzluklara kendilerinin dahil olmadığını ellerinden bişey gelmediğini gördük.Olumsuzlukların başında yabancı misafirlere biz Türklerden daha çok köyler verilmesi. Kendi paramızı kullanamıyoruz otelde bu beni çok üzdü .Türkçe müzik dinletemedik sadece bir tane çaldı. Biz birbirimizi bu kadar değersizleştirirsek kimse bizi değerli görmeyecek. Bu tatil beldelerimizin maalesef ki tamamında geçerliydi. Uğradığımız bütün duraklarda sorunlar yaşadık tanınmadık görünmedik..Otel odaları berbat kesinlikle böyle bir otele uygun değil en basit hostellerde ki oda ile bence aynı düzeyde,lobi ve bar yanlarında ki wc ler yol kenarında ki umumi wc tarzında temizliğe kesinlikle tek bi lafım yok ama herşey eski yapı kesinlikle yenilenmesi lazım.Odalarda halı yok bence berbat bi durum sahil kenarlarında ki günlük aparatlar tarzında olması çok yanlış.Personelin güler yüzü anlayışı sorun çözmeye çalışması telafi ediyor bi nebze ama yeterli değil çünkü kesin çözümler ; yetkililer tarafından yapılır.Şimdilik bu kadar tatilim bitince yeni yorum muhakkak ekleyeceğim.

We have recently stayed here as a family for two weeks and returned on 27 July 2024. We are two adults and two children, 18 yr old and 13 yr old (girl). I have written pros and cons but will also give some tips at the end. Overall this was a great holiday. We needed to relax as a family, which we did but we did expect a little more of way of entertainment especially for the cost and standard advertised. This hotel is very much a German, Russian and Eastern European resort. This is not a problem for us as we have experiences in the past, however we felt the clientele were a little more reserved than we would have liked and so we feel the hotel catered towards them more. Pros- The food is very good with plenty of choice at every meal. There is an excellent pool side snack bar with great variety and something different from the main hall, such as burgers, hotdogs and kebabs. You can eat from 0700-0001 hrs. Not too bad. The pool is amazing but can get pretty warm on the midday sun. We prefer it a bit cooler to escape the heat but still an amazing size and very clean. We had a family suite with 2 separate rooms. It was ideal and a very good size. Air-con was very good and very much needed. The spa is really good with free access to use the gym, sauna, steam room and baths. My wife indulged in a massage and was extremely happy with how good she felt afterwards. The entertainment team is very small but they work extremely hard to get everyone up for darts, workouts and activities. They need more members to help it become even better. Cleanliness is very good and everything is spotless. The sun loungers are very good and made from plastic. They have a mesh body that made them very comfortable. Not like the full plastic ones which have cracks in them or wooden beds which we have experienced in the past on other resorts. Waiters. We found our guy! We always tried to be seated in his area as he looked after us very well. He worked hard, was always polite and tried his hardest to speak to us in English. Always had a smile on his face which was refreshing from some others. Cons- Entertainment was poor except the pool party. The only good nights were when guests got up on stage. It has a 1 week turn round in entertainment which meant we saw everything twice. The nights starts with a mini disco for the younger kids which we cannot comment on. Then at 2130hrs the night entertainment starts. We had; Mexican night. - Dancers and a Mariachi band. Very poor and at times felt very awkward. - Finishes at 2215hrs Turkish night - dancers. - Boring - Finishes at 2215hrs Tribute act - Elvis, lady Gaga, Michael Jackson. Very poor. Michael Jackson didn’t even moonwalk and was miming and Elvis was very nearly dead Elvis, if you get what I mean. Finishes at 2215hrs. Mr and Mrs - Good as there were Brits that were doing it. Finished at 2230hrs Mr/Mrs Hotel - Again, was good due to the guests on stage. Finished at 2300hrs Pool party - g

Öncelikle merhaba ilk başta bu kadar güzel olacağını beklentilerimizin üstünde olacağını tahmin etmiyorduk taa ki otele varana kadar ve ardından rüya gibi bir tatil geçirdik odanın düzeni ve temizliği ***et iyiydi ilgili kişiler işlerini ***et iyi yapıyordu. Yemek kısmına gelirsek bizce ***et iyiydi mutlu etmeye yetti diyebiliriz. Animasyon kısmına gelirsek bazı eksiklikler vardı tabii ki ama Meltem hanım ***et fazlasıyla ilgilenerek herşeyi kapattı diyebiliriz resmen tek başına tüm otele yetti kendiisne teşekkürlerimizi iletip seneye görüşmek üzere diyoruz.

Merhaba yılbaşı programı için Justiniano delux resort oteli tercih ettik zaten kış ayı diger otellerin coguda kapalı yılbaşından 2 gün önce giriş yaptık otele girer girmez sanki yurtdışında Noel kutlar gibi hissettik program ve aktiviteler bir kac gün önceden başlamış sonra doga ve deniz manzaralı harika bir odaya yerleştik kış ayı olmasına rağmen cok iyi karşılandık bisikletciler var otelde yemekler güzel lobby barda şömine başında içkinizi veya canınızı gün batımı ile keyif ile yudumlarsınız Barda çalışan Barmen Yakup ve Eray beyde cok ilgilendi bizim ile gelelim yılbaşına aksam yemegi için yerimizi gösterdiler biz masamızın yerini begenmedik yetkili birini görüşmek istedik Tur*** bey Yiyecek ve icecek müdürü anlattık sagolsun o yogunlugun içinde bizim sorunumuzu cözdü harika bir yılbaşı geçirdim kendisi cok beyefendi ve saygılı birisi gercekten daha önce cok otelde konaklıdım Tur*** bey gibi insanların hizmet sektöründe daha da cogalmasını gerektiğini gördüm havuz başı partisi eglenceler harikaydı lezzetli yemekler güzel kokteyler 💯🌲🥂🍾

В прошлом году было лучше, многое урезали по меню, нету больше коктейлей в баре (кроме алкоголя и колы ), номер был староват, в здание Теодоры по новее, ночью мне было холодно попросила теплое одеяло у них уже не было, только вафельное покрывало, также отсутствовали элементарно пробники не было даже шампуня (я приехала на 3 дня естественно с собой не брала)
