The room was so small and it was so bad like no air conditioning a little tiny fan in the corner also no natural light the blinds broken in the room and toilet so it was so dark was hard to move around in the room as well

Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

Elegant British state very close to Heathrow Airport, and to the outskirts of London. Would highly recommend for a long stay and for those who are interested in exploring the British rural life.

We took our kids to Legoland, and this hotel's location was super convenient for getting there quickly. The hotel itself is huge, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. A stroll through the garden became our regular post-dinner activity every evening. Plus, there's an indoor heated pool! The breakfast is your typical English breakfast. For dinner, there are two restaurants. The buffet was decent, nothing spectacular but certainly worth the £24 per person, and kids under 5 eat for free.

Beautiful location, the staff were very helpful but..the type of guests were snobby stuck up and entitled..we had dogs barking for hours in the next room, doors banging causing the room to vibrant at unsociable hours 6.30am and late into the evening. These people should learn some basic etiquette instead of thinking thr world revolves around them.

Being a 4 star hotel, I would have expected someone to escort us to the room at least. It was a bit difficult to navigate to look for our rooms at the end of a tiring day after visiting legoland and we had a hungry toddler in tow. In addition, the breakfast buffet could be extended to be more inclusive. I would prefer a holiday inn breakfast over this. Being 4 star, I'd expect better. I have experienced hotels within UK and internationally but this one is just similar to any decent holiday inn branch in UK. I have seen better 3 star hotels. Hence, I had higher expectations in terms of service and breakfast. Everything was oridinary and fine like any hotel. We had no time to check out any facility such as swimming pool so cannot comment on that.

The hotel was extremely busy on arrival and even on departure. I can't fault the service, although more staff would have helped the team on duty. Both short at the reception and bar. But even under extreme pressure the team was outstanding! Emily in the Restuarant went out of her way without asking.My Nephew has not been eating well. I mentioned and she suggested a take away! Everyone was amazing eveb withput mentioning names. Wonderful Holiday. We are coming back!

Lovely hotel. Rooms were a bit warm but we were in the middle of a heatwave! Signage around hotel could be better as I kept getting lost!

The staff and food at the hotel were amazingly good the decor was lovely. Only one complaint our room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot room 525.

The hotel boasts spacious green areas with plenty of activity spaces. The restaurant prices are reasonable, and the staff are very friendly. However, the rooms are a bit on the small side.

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

We had a great stay. Room was nice and very clean. My daughter enjoyed the visit and swim in the pool. Great location and will be definitely going back in the future

I booked 2 nights here with my friend and our 2 sons. The rooms were small but immaculate, and we had everything we needed provided. The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. The only thing is, that the pool is small, and if you go in half term then you won’t have anywhere to sit or put your towels and the pool is packed.  The only negative is that although I booked it months ago, received reminders and confirmation, our booking wasn’t there. Thankfully, the staff were able to sort us 2 rooms next to each other which surprised me as it was half term.
