The hotel pick-up and drop-off service is very good. After calling the hotel, the car came quickly. The front desk of the hotel is also very polite. The room is fairly clean, but the bathroom facilities can be better, there is some smell. There is a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the hotel also has a cute cat. In general, it is a good choice for passengers who need to transit at Malpensa Airport.

The perfect stay for 1 or 2 nights. Friendly staff. The brekfast was perfect to start the day. The hotel offers transfer to Milano Malpensa airport for a friendly fare off 11 euro/ room. From the airport we can reach the hotel by taxi, with the price of apx 21 euro.

We needed a one night stay near the Malpensa airport in Milan that offered free shuttle service to the airport. The Sempione Hotel Ristorante was perfect- helpful, friendly staff- a gentleman saw us coming across the street with a ton of luggage and rushed over to help us with the luggage twice. Check-in was easy. My husband returned the rental car to the airport and they picked him up at the airport at 9 pm and took us to the airport at 6:15 am. They had airconditioning, provided requested extra pillows, had a restaurant and bar and an early morning continental style breakfast. All this and only $84 euros a night. Perfect!

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms big and confy bed. Breakfast good and with a lot of options sweet and savoury. No boiler in the room but vending machines on the floor level. Also tea and coffee vending machine present on the ground floor. The hotel is very near by the bus stop to go to terninal one and two. Also the hotel has a private shuittle to go to terminal one and two.

Выход номер 10 обозначен как шатл бас и находится в конце аэропорта. Отель поражает территория красивая здание это вилла, приветливый персонал, водитель помог с багажом. В номерах есть всё необходимое: – гель шампунь белые чистые полотенца, удобная кровать, номеру исполнен в классическом стиле. С 5 до 10 утра в отеле подается завтрак! Есть бассейн можно провести время отдыхая перед вылетом. В отеле тихо и комфортно рекомендую его для остановки между вылетами.

Planes are flying by like in every 2-3 minute, I hardly got sleep, but i guess thats the necessary price i have to pay, for being able to get to the airport on foot in 20 minutes. So I wont complain too much at this point. At other points, this hotel is pretty good, thx to the owner and crews of the hotel, u are doing a good job!

My wife and I discovered this wonderful place after traveling everywhere in Europe for the last 40 years. As a travel writer I have confidently shared our discovery of this wonderful place with many friends and readers. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm greeted by the most professional and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and truly want to make your stay a good one. When we arrived mid day we went to the pool for a wonderful lunch. Near us was a table with an attractive family, of 3 generations and their family dog, They were the family who owns and manages the property , ”eating their own cooking” as we say, and enjoying the quiet loveliness of their own property. There are 3 choices of accommodations here, each wonderful and meeting special preferences. We stayed in the Palazzo and loved it, but the Castello/Castle and its garden and views are outstanding. The rooms in the beautifully renovated stables with large grass common area are very accommodating, especially for families with children. The whole property is a destination in itself with so many things to see. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, all in totally different environments, and it all was superb. In closing, we all know that the staff makes all the difference wherever we stay. Again, the staff, and owners, could not be more welcoming, joyful and professional. Perfect place for transfer! Location perfect coz just a few minutes walk inside indoor terminal after arrival, simply take the ‘glass’ elevator to -1, and then follow sign to walk short distance indoor with air conditioning to hotel; even easy for carrying super heavy luggage on my own as a lady. Great facilities with indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam, fitness room with good view. It’s the good standard sheraton hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, new and clean, bathroom spacious and convenient, comfortable bed…. Hotel has a nice restaurant with bright view and many hotel guests, or can have simple cafe food, juice, sandwich, yoghurt…. at airport terminal for dinner, coz just 2-3 minute indoor walk. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.
