Hotel Olhos de Água dengan Spa

Las instalaciones muy bien situadas y muy limpias, hotel tranquilo y acogedor. El servicio todo incluido está muy bien y es correcto con las horas de comida y snack. La animación para la época del año muy bien. Los camareros del bar de piscina hay una chica muy simpática y servicial el resto son regular tirando a mal. No tienen mucha experiencia en la preparación de cocteles y tardan demasiado en servir. En caso de que vayas con coche hay aparcamiento dentro del hotel. Ya he visitado este Hotel en otras ocasiones y la verdad es que continúan con su política de atención muy buena.

Le domaine est vraiment très très beau, la chambre est vieillotte en plus la ménage est à revoir l’odeur d’humidité, et les draps humide c’est pas top, nous sommes arrivé il y avait de la nourriture dans notre frigo nous avons signalé et on nous a répondu que c’est à la dame de ménage elle pensait pas qu’il y avait du monde , donc aucun Check avant l’arrivé. L’emplacement au top !

Excellent accommodation. Friendly reception staff and friendly and helpful porters; always willing to help and always had smiles on their faces. Garden suites were excellent and comfortable. Pillows and beddings comfortable and sleep was relaxing. Breakfast was lovely. The evening meals at the restaurant delightful and tasty. Overall had a wonderful time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a b;lissful holiday and short break away

hello this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client

This hotel really paid attention to detail. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more equipped hotel room. It was huge, it has everything you could want. I stayed for 4 nights in a suite. The pools were immaculate, so clean everywhere you went. Also fairly quiet and relaxing, not busy and no one reserving sun beds which was really nice to see. Beach was a 2 minute walk down the steps near the hotel. You can reserve a sun-bed via the hotel but it is 50€!!!! The food was good, breakfast was great. I was a little surprised to find half board was actually breakfast and lunch which I didn’t want. Buffet dinner was 45€ which felt was overpriced. All in all a lovely hotel, it’s expensive but I feel the facilities reflected that.

Possibly the nicest family resort we have been to in quite some time. We never usually say we will come back somewhere, as we like to explore the world, but I can see this being a place we come back to time and time again. The sports facilities are fantastic, the kids club are great for some down time for the parents and the grounds staff are delightful. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment (C201) which suite my wife, 2 year old daughter and I perfectly. The breakfast is world class. Literally something for everyone. So much choice and variety, even the fussiest of eaters will find something! The only thing I would say that lets this resort down is the pricing of the food and drinks. You can tell it’s priced at the clientele this places attracts, however, the quality does not match. We went out to the local restaurants and found some hidden gems. Also I wouldn’t worry about hiring a car unless you plan to go afar. Uber is super quick and cheap here.

Excellent resort if you take it for what it is. I have stayed in the Pine Cliffs resort 7 times now since 2016 (4 times in the Gardens). I have loved every vacation there. I have read many good and bad reviews about the resort, and I can see both sides. It’s a beautiful resort, the gardens, pool areas are kept immaculate. From the Pine Tree gardens on the top of the cliffs to the pools to the beach area, it offers plenty of variety. There are plenty of pools are very rarely did I ever feel it was too busy. I always felt everyone has plenty of space. The accommodation is superb, the hotel offers more a traditional flavor where the ocean suites and garden suites are more modern. if you have a family and don’t want the chaos of breakfast then I recommend looking at the garden suites or the ocean suites they have a nice little kitchen where you can get your own breakfast without a lot of the fuss that comes with breakfast at the hotel. Food at the resort is good albeit a little overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from. Mirado is a must for a few drinks (and nibbles) on an evening, gorgeous views as the sun goes down. If you’re only eating at the hotel though you’re missing out. Over the road from the resort there are some cheap and cheerful eateries and a nice bar. Olhos de agua is a 15 min walk (5 min drive) and has some lovely restaurants. Then 1520 mins each way you have Vilamoura or Albufeira. We always hire a car, and it adds so much more to the holiday been able to visit a different place each night or having a day trip out. The only negatives I have found are the following, but they have never spoilt my holiday and are minor inconveniences. Also in Aug 2024 I thought service was much improved over previous years. Zest is much improved and staff far more helpful. 1 - Pools are not heated - once you in through your fine and not much of an issue Julyaugust 2 - Staff - most complaints about the resort come down to this one. It doesn’t really bother me much, and rarely have I witnessed it, but this is my take on it 2a - Some staff are helpful; some are a little less so and you feel your more of a pest than a guest (check in) ** - if you get the attention of a staff member say at a restaurant and ask for something and it’s not there set task, it’s as if you have asked for the world, you can almost see the misery in their eyes. at times I felt bad and almost said its ok its ok ill just not spend my money I don’t want to trouble you. - Update Aug 24 - Many improvements made here A+ 2c - staff in some areas seem that they have just been put there and they have no clue what they are doing there. i.e., zest. 3 - Towel cards - When you check in you get a card for each guest. This is a pain and towel cards end up been the underground currency at this resort. Wir waren zum 2. mal in Pine Cliffs und haben die Anlage, den perfekten Zugang zum Meer mit dem Lift, den Service am Strand als perfekt empfunden. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte inclusive Shuttle - Service machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die sehr gepflegte Anlage ist begeisternd. Unsere 3 Zimmerwohnung, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Wohn-Esszimmer und 3 großen, möblierten Balkonen war exklusiv ausgestattet. Von unseren Balkonen hatten wir einen super Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz und konnten die Golfer beim Spiel :)sehr gut beobachten.
