Very bad experience!! Although they say they are child orientated, it is almost impossible to stay here with a small child. No way to move around all facilities with a stroller, and at night parties untill 04:00 AM . The reception is a joke, staff that not only speak bad romanian butt neither english. Breakfast is very and I mean VERY LOW QUALITY!! Staff is not wearing gloves and touching all the food with their hands, clothes look very dirty. Although this hotel was once an icon for the Black Sea, it is now only kitch and a muck of what HORECA should be. During our stay all the staff was implicated in organizing the birthday of the owner, including parties, fireworks and keeping all guest out of certains areas, all after 22:00 PM during sleep hours, disregarding all the guests of the hotel.

All the services are the worst. No clean, the food horror and the personal without experience. Our expectations were on the tip but when we find here all of the minimum condition. We try to eat pizza at the one of the restaurant and was a mess.

In my opinion the view and the aspect of the resort are indeed correct rated at 4 stars. The rooms are very small, the smell is quite bad, the cleaning is superficial (under the bed was a used condom), the food tastes the same. You have no parking lot guaranteed, and that is not the only issue, this persists at the swimming pool, the sea side and at the restaurant. The rules are only for some guests, not for all of them.
