Hotel berhampiran Chapelle Saint Louis De La Tourelle, Ollioules

Personnel très agréable et sympathique,on ressent un hôtel vieillissant qui a une certaine époque étant très bien, chambre donnant côté rue donc bruyante et ainsi que la cage d’escalier et porte donc du bruit jusqu’à presque 3h du matin. La literie était récente mais à mon goût très dure mais doit convenir à d’autres clients . La fenêtre de droite était fissurée et le volet de gauche cassé. Chambre et salle de bain propre mais cette dernière n’avait pas de quoi poser une trousse de toilette . Il n’y a qu’une table de chevet . Par contre il y a une couverture supplémentaire et oreillers . La Clim était récente mais plus petite que l’ancienne et pas repeint autour . L’endroit reste très pratique pour visiter sanary. Le prix très correct mais pour moi cela reste une mauvaise nuit .

Excellent accueil. Installations un peu vétustes, mais tout était fonctionnel. Propreté générale plutôt bonne, mais certains éléments n’ont pas été nettoyés depuis des mois voire des années (accumulation de gras et de poussière sur la hotte de la cuisine, meuble de salle de bains). Excellent rapport qualité prix en tous cas, nous reviendrons sans hésiter

We were lured by the descriptions on the hotel website into paying an eye-watering price for a ‘deluxe’ suite at La Farandole, expecting it to be the highlight of our long-awaited 20th anniversary roadtrip. Sadly, it was the worst four days of our vacation. The only luxurious thing about this suite was the view. Everything else was a 3-Star standard at best. The hotel is situated at the end of a quiet beach with stunning sea views and a nice-looking pool but the property has many serious defects and problems. Strangely, the door to our suite shared a foyer with the staff entrance to a noisy kitchen and storeroom. Our ‘private’ terrace was not attached to our suite as implied on the website. Instead, there is a separate rooftop terrace that can be booked by guests. The suite itself has only a tiny balcony with two chairs and a table. We had access to the private roof terrace and jacuzzi but the stairwell is locked - ‘for staff use only’ so we had to take a slow elevator to the roof each time. This meant an awkward wait in the public corridor outside the restaurant. The water in the jacuzzi was filthy with dead insects and yellow foam. It was only cleaned on our third day. The worst problem was the nasty sewage smell in our suite. We reported it several times to the manager because the smell kept us awake at night. It was only fixed on our third day (with many apologies) and the installation of an air-freshener. The other issues were minor but collectively annoying. The bed was cheap and basic with small lumpy pillows and a bedsheet that did not fit properly. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower were good quality but there were no ‘luxury’ amenities as promised in the marketing - there was a cheap hair-dryer attached to the wall that kept cutting out. The wifi did not work in our room and the unit was eventually replaced by the manager (with more apologies), but only after a rude technician kept insisting it was a problem with our own ‘foreign’ devices. There was a coffee maker and a small mini-bar in the wardrobe but nowhere to store any wine or snacks. We received a complementary bottle of mineral water every second day but they forgot to replenish our glasses and the phone to reception was rarely answered, which meant frequent trips to the front desk. The reception staff were friendly and kind and clearly hardworking. They were very apologetic about the many problems we encountered but unable to do anything about our room or price. Housekeeping was sporadic and we had to go hunting for pool towels to use on the terrace. These were not changed for the full duration of our stay. The sun-beds on the terrace were dirty and in disrepair, with bits of old scratchy velcro where the pillows had once been. Superbe Hôtel, bonne ambiance ET bonne équipe. On se sent bien détendus dès l'arrivée. L'équipe est souriante dans tout l'établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le buffet petit déjeuner est copieux. Hôtel a recommander. Bravo!

C’est la 2 eme que nous venons et cet hôtel correspond à nos attentes : un très bon emplacement au centre de bandol, un emplacement pour la voiture compris dans le prix ce qui n’est pas négligeable, une très bonne literie . Nous avons aussi aimé la grande chambre de 20 m2, avec coin cuisine et sa machine nespresso , la gentillesse du personnel qui dès qu’il le peut vous surclasse ( nous avons été surclassés les 2 fois) sans oublier une belle terrasse avec vue sur le port , avec fauteuils et canapés qui vous invitent à la relaxation . Le côté vintage surprend au premier abord mais rend l’endroit chaleureux

Juste PARFAIT ! PROPRE et très bien situé. Même sans prendre le petit déjeuner en buffet vous avez accès toute la journée dans une grande salle très convivial avec des fruits, machine à café, chocolat chaud, cappuccino, biscuits, fruits secs, jus de fruits frais, thé en vrac ... Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le lit super confortable. Seul petit bémol pas de parking privé pour la voiture.

Beautiful setup within a golf course and vineyards, but just missing a beach access. Great Staff, very kind and smiling. Amazing Breakfast with products of quality. But the hotel is a bit oldish and needs renovation of the rooms/bathrooms and improvements in the building. Nice swimming pool, but too bad it is divided into 3 bassins instead of a big one for long swims...

Very good pleasant and smiling staff no restaurant but we were offered pizzas because we arrived late the bar was open and there was a lot of choice very quiet and well insulated despite the numerous works on the road very copious breakfast and well stocked buffet

Leider ist es so, dass ein neu renoviertes Haus, das auch noch sehr gut ausgestattet ist, das sehr ansprechend wirkt und das auch ist, auf absolut unfähiges Personal trifft. Vielleicht hatten diese eine lange Saison…. Aber gerade die ältere Dame an der Rezeption, die kein englisch spricht oder dieses nur gebrochen versuchte, zwar nett im ersten Moment war, allerdings hat sich keiner Ihrer Aussagen als verlässlich erwiesen! Am Anreisetag konnten wir um 17.40 Uhr keinen Tisch für das Abendessen am selben Tag reservieren (wir hatten eine Fahrt von 9 Std. hinter uns). Später haben wir erneut nachgefragt für den nächsten Abend. Wir erhielten dann eine Zusage für den nächsten Abend um 19.45 Uhr. Leider bekamen wir im Restaurant am nächsten Abend den reservierten Tisch nicht, da die Dame von der Rezeption, die im übrigen auch am zweiten Abend da war, sich aber genauso wie alle anderen vom Personal wegduckte, sich an nichts erinnerte…. Sie liess uns leider komplett vor der gesammelten Mannschaft samt den Gästen auflaufen (hier wird wohl pro Mitarbeiter und nicht pro Gast gearbeitet). Außerdem war sie der Felsenfesten Meinung, dass wir nicht einmal Frühstück gebucht hatten. Unser Vorteil war, dass wir bei Anreise bereits bezahlt hatten und konnten dieses somit auch nachweisen. Die Situation war nicht nur schlimm sondern auch Skurril. Besonders Schlimm war, dass unsere Kinder die Aussage tätigten (Tochter 7Jahre) ”sie ist froh hier wieder weg zu kommen“. Wir hatten keine Lust mehr dort Abend zu essen. Und haben uns wieder etwas anderes gesucht. Das Frühstück am Abreisetag war genauso wie am morgen zuvor spartanisch und es ging stück für Stück alles leer. Egal ob S*****en, Käse, Eier, Marmelade…. Es lag auf jeden Fall nicht daran, dass zu wenig Personal da war. Auch hier wurde weggeschaut, es war nur wichtig die Tische der Gäste, die gegangen sind so schnell wie möglich zu putzen und somit sauber zu machen.
