Ulasan Central Park Reef Resort

We just chanced upon this hotel for a sudden getaway by the beach and saw these here. The hotel is surprisingly a nice beachfront one. The infinity rooftop pool and the ground floor pool is so nice. The view is amazing and relaxing. Breakfast is not in included but we tried it there and it was good with the view of the beach and the pool. The room is big and so nice with sea views on the balcony. I was delighted with the shower with a marble sitting area for me with mobility issues. The bed and pillow are comfortable and I had a good sleep. They have ample and safe parking on the basement. Great location and nice and clean beach front. Enjoyed our stay and would love to be back again.

The Location is good and we love the view, very stunning. Amenities are superb as well. However, when we arrived to our room, we saw cockroaches in the room. I am afraid of the cockroaches and it made me uncomfortable to stay in our room. They need time check the room first before letting the guests in.

Probably the best hotel in the area. New property with good amenities. Spacious rooms. Nice view over the bay. What we did not like were the pools: both not deep enough and full of children. The front desk at the check out tried to charge us for what we did not order, but with the absence of any proof (signature, etc, on the bill) they had to withdraw their claim (it might have been not cheating but mismanagement).

Had a great stay here. My family really enjoyed our staycation. Very nice room and facilities ☺️

When we enter the bathroom there’s still hairs in the bathroom, the door lock in the balcony is broken, it took around 20 minutes to fixed it but overall we had a good experience. Maybe next time try to check the room first before customers get in.

Very bed service. Asking us to pay more bills even though we have clear that. The hotel did not clean or replace anything from the bar, even though we had no coffee to drink. A lot of ********** around the hotel. Please be careful if you come with your family. Very disappointed😔😔😔😔

Hotel is nice, clean and modern compared to all hotels around. Location is ok beside the beach but the beach is dirty, and dirty water is running straight beside the hotel into the sea. Wouldn't recommend trying any of the sea food as I tried 2 dished, and really disappointed, either wasn't clean or the servings couldn't even feed one person, "advertised feeds 2", being beside the sea i would of expected a good selection of sea food. Overall the hotel is good let down with the food and the beach

the room was infested with cockroaches, my daughter got scared and i have to deal with the cockroaches.the food in the restaurant was appalling .it was pricey but the quality was not good.The staff from the restaurant were not attentive.I have to call them to give us the menu book.The room is nice and the toilet but again TV was not working for my room and my kids room.There was a terrible smell as you enter the swimming pool area at the ground floor. it is very dissappointing to see that then bay at the back of the hotel were not maintained in terms of cleanliness, there was a garbage bin full of rubbish.I could see a sewage coming from the hotel draining out to the sand .I hope the people there would look after our nature.It is sad to see People are not concern about the cleanliness.

Alot of black ants in the room. There could be alot to improve on.

The property is a bit dated. And the room a bit older. But in the beach with a rooftop pool and bar.
