酒店地理位置有點偏，房間真的真的真的很小，但服務人員還算是很熱情，因為是全包酒店，一日三餐都在酒店解決了，娃衹要有水玩倒也不會覺得無聊。中國人很少，比較多歐美人來度假的。酒店設計很不合理，電梯衹能到5樓，但我們的房間在6樓。洗澡的下水有點問題，反正就是漏的衞生間一地水。

We stayed at this hotel for three days as part of a tour group seeing different sites around Turkey. We didn’t necessarily choose this hotel, but I definitely would not go back there again if I could avoid it. The exterior is nice, but the food is average, the bartenders don’t know how to make drinks, so just get the beer and wine if you get the drink package. The rooms are dingy and kind of old. The service is decent, so no fault on the staff overall, I didn’t enjoy staying there. In addition, they gave my wife and I two twin beds to sleep in versus a double. There are a lot of hotel options in this beach down. Do your research and choose wisely.

We arrived at the Turquoise hotel early hours and was escorted to our rooms and gratefull to have a fridge which was stocked with water. No snacks available however it was 1.30 am and we didn't expect there to be so we brought some with us from the airport. One of the first things I did was book my family in, which consisted of me, my husband, son and daughter for a Turkish bath, we spoke with Adem who was able to spot tension in my neck, (which is an ongoing issue) straight away so new exactly what I needed. The experience was really good value and our skin felt amazing afterwards. My daughter particularly loved rhe chocolate scrub. Murat, the Guest Relations advisor, was fabulous and really contributed to a great holiday. His English is outstanding and he was so friendly and able to advise and address any concerns or questions efficiently and professionally. He really is a credit to the hotel! He put a lot of time into the guests to make sure we were all OK and having the best holiday experiance possible. Kadir, a member of the entertainment team was also an asset, very friendly, and again a credit to the hotel, both have contributed to a really good 2 week stay at the hotel. The only thing that let's it down is food variety and no air con in the restaurant, and also flies on food around the salad bar, There wasn't much in the restaurant for children unfortunately and with my daughter being a picky eater, would of been good if there was pizza, pasta, bolognaise etc...! Sad to be home, but I would definitely return if improvements were made In the restaurant.

Bu ilki yay istirahetimi Muglanin Fethiye bölgəsindeki daglar arasında gözel mənzərəsi dənizə baxan Garcia istirahet otelundə etdim. Cox maraqlı və ürəyimə yatan bir tətil oldu. Otelin mənzərəsi rahatlıgı calışanların gülərüz olması cox xoşuma gəldı. Otaqların təmiz rahat bir sözlə komfort superdir. Yemekler qulluq əla. Otel calışanlarına teşükkürlər. 👍🏻

me and my partner stayed here for a week at the end of august, the hotel is ideally located with a 5 min walk to the beach front with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the way down too which is a plus. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms which was 110% worth the money, the water in the swim up pool is a lot cooler than the main pool which was nice with how hot the temperature was and a lot more relaxing than being around the main pool. The entertainment staff were all very friendly and tried to get everyone included without being too pushy. In our experience everything about the hotel was perfect until it came to the food which unfortunately let our overall experience down, we’d read the reviews before hand and wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt however it turned out accurate. The choices were very repetitive which is to be expected with AI but the quality was also poor, breakfast there is always beans on offer as well as a chef making omelettes (of which i felt sorry for at times having to try fly through a line full of people waiting on his own) i thought 2 different kinds of boiled eggs every morning was slightly strange. Lunch and evening meal always had some sort of chicken & lamb on offer which the majority of the time was very dry, again 3 trays of different kinds of roasted vegetables quite often seemed strange also. The one part of the food we couldn’t knock was the deserts, always a massive selection and always delicious, i feel if they put half the effort into the food as they did the deserts the quality would be fine. Overall it’s a great little hotel but the food did let it down for us which unfortunately would mean we’d probably choose not to return again.
