Hands down the worst place I’ve stayed. My brother booked this room. We got there and there was I believe drywall mud ll over doors. Got to our room. No towels, for a room reserved for 3 ppl. Not even a way cloth. No toiletries- I always bring out so I was put anything but not a thing in the bathroom. Beside 1/2 roll of 1/8 ply TP. (I thankfully packed some for in the car uses.) AND a used bar of soap in the bathtub. Water stained walls and ceilings. The glue bug trap was fully stuck to the wall. The main light was burnt out. The tv did not do anything but a good use for another light. No screen in the window. Plastic yard chairs for in room seating no dresser 1 end stand and 1 trash can. I went to walk to check out pool it was closed by health depar**ent. On the way I found a posted notice from the marshal on the next door. A room with moldy weirdness. What looked like nasty furniture they had pulled from a room. Blk mold behind wallpaper. I DID NOT CHECK OUT BREAKFAST I WAS TERRIFIED!!!!!!!!!!! The staff was very Rude and aggressive yelling at us across room asking us what we were doing while reading signs around lobby and pool. I actually asked him why he was yelling at us. Said it want necessary. I was like with!!! Never had I been treated like this. There’s a “gaming” room that looked like it had never been cleaned the was an outside door that did not lock. I am happy we left my kids home this time. Had to walk through room with us “not allowed” in the room while he checked for damages to determine about returning the deposit. I hope you do not stay here. Spend the extra money it will be worth it

I booked through one of the many discount hotel websites. The website rated this hotel 8.5, but should be rated about a 5. We were told that this is an all non-smoking hotel. Yet our room reeked of smoke from previous smokers. I’m extremely sensitive with terrible allergies, so I tried spraying Lysol, but it didn’t help much. Most hotels leave the fan going in the room to sit it out, but this room was hot when we entered, which make the smell of smoke much worse. The room was “ok” but very basic. I could have gotten a much better hotel for the price we paid to stay here. Also, the website advertises “breakfast included” but when we asked about it, we were told it’s bah mmh “continental” style. Overall, this hotel could definitely benefit from some major fumigating and more upgrades. Especially the beds!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The check in staff are awesome!! The breakfast staff is awesome. I am on crutches and the lady running breakfast made sure I was taken care of. She helped with my plate and through my trash away. The hotel in in a very convenient location. It was clean and quiet.

Spacious room. Cozy vibe. I had everything I need there. It became my home during the time I've been to Nebraska. Near shops and stores which is convenient. Breakfast is mediocre, just like everywhere else in the US. Staff are kind and helpful.

This was our first time in a suite and it certainly was sweet. The room was great, the workout room was clean and had everything I could want for a quick workout. I enjoyed the breakfast a great deal but I would have preferred a little more diversity of the entrees from day to day like they've done in the past (perhaps they spoiled me). Highly recommend!

If you are taller than 5'5” you will have to duck down to use the shower. The shower head is super low. I was close to hitting my head and I'm 5'4”. However, I liked that they had full bottles with pumps for shampoo and conditioner. They were locked in so No one could mess with what is in them. The pool was small and chilly but nice. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. There was no bedding for the sofa bed in the bag. They brought it very fast when I called though. The beds were better than most hotel beds. It was nice to have a choice on pillows. They had soft and firm ones and they were labeled. Sleeping was a challenge though for 2 reasons. First, the heater worked well, but every time it turned on the wands on the curtains would click together the whole time but we didn't want them open. The worst thing was that in the walls there was a really weird noise more often than not. The closest I can describe it is like rain on a tin roof, but in the walls and loud. We were on 2nd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Oh, they also had a nice outlet in the bathroom that had a built in night light so you didn't have to turn on the huge light if you needed the bathroom at night.

PPengguna TetamuNot sure what cleaning solution is used to wipe down surfaces but it was unbearable and so strong it was nauseating. It reminded me of the horrendous cleaner used during covid. The entire hotel wreaked of it. Most would say at lease you knownthey are cleaning but it was too much!

Breakfast closes at 9am, but the information we were provided from the hotel through Booking.com was breakfast 5am-10am, so we came down at 9:12 am and they had cleaned it all up already. Even the next morning when we made it to breakfast the selection was laughable. Not a gram of protein in sight, so good luck with that. Hotel staff came BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME to tell us it was time to leave. Do not advertise 11:00 am check out time then start ushering people out before that. Hotel staff had kicked another lady out of her room before checkout as well that we rode down the elevator with. I understand they have to clean the rooms and get them ready, but you don’t need to start cleaning them BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME. Additionally, the room inside is NOT as advertised on booking.com. I don’t know where they took those photos, maybe they have a select number of renovated rooms, but do not expect the rooms to look like the photos. You might get lucky, but our room looked and felt gross. The shower was filthy and the shower curtain had mold. They really catfish you into staying here. We didn’t feel the single blanket provided was very clean as it was covered in spots, so I went down to request two blankets and the guy was very short and rude with me about it. Location was good, that is all it has going for it.
