Hotel berhampiran AOYAMA TAILOR, Ōmihachiman, Shiga

入住前沒有電郵 通知 CHECK IN 程序及流程, 去到門口要打電話去問進住大門口的密碼, 要用英語說出所在地點的位置, 並不容易; 長長的訂單預約號碼也要用英語說出才可以. 進入大門後, 要用牆邊提供的電子屏幕自助CHECK IN, 要輸入很多資料, 如每個住客的名稱, 電話, 地址, 職業, 出生日期, PASSPORT NO....等等, 要拍PASSPORT 及每個住客的人頭照片... 也頗麻煩的... 屋內設施也算齊全, 附近有超市可以買東西自己煮, 不過廚房是沒有油及各式調味料的, 只好簡便煮食

一ヶ月ちょっと前に、急遽の用事でサイトを通さずに2泊、今回は、空きを確認したいのもあり、サイトを通して一泊しました。 ホテル近くに用事があり、前入りして、ブレーメの丘で遊びました。 スタッフさんは、にこやかで丁寧です。小学生の子供にも、丁寧に声をかけてくださり、子供も喜んでました。 お風呂は、大浴場があり、一つ大きなお風呂があります。入りたては熱く感じましたが、直ぐにちょうど良くなり疲れが癒やされました。清潔感のある脱衣室と浴室で、苦手なヌメリ感もなく安心して入れました。 朝食は、定番ものもあるようですが、ほとんどはメニューが変わってました。ここのスタッフさんも、とても丁寧な方々で、おかずが減ると直ぐに交換してくださってました。食器の返却棚近くに座りましたが、不快な量にならないように、かなりの頻度で回収してくださってました。朝から気持ちが良かったです。 子供は、塩焼きそば 私は、山芋の天ぷらと、八宝菜みたいなねが美味しかったです。 主人も、美味しいと色々おかわりしてました。 廊下は、静かで、他の部屋からの音や声は聞こえずでした。 部屋の位置によっては、線路沿いになり、地元にはない電車が見れます(笑)子供は、始発電車の確認作業が見れて大興奮でした！ こんなにリーズナブルなのに、質が高くてスゴいです。また絶対に泊まりに来ます。

It was one of the nicest hotels I stayed at during my recent trip to Japan. Hotel is nearby the train station and has very convenient shopping close by. First three floors of the building are commercial, hotel begins on the 4th Floor reception and higher. Rooms on the floors above require key card to activate elevator upwards so quite secure. Coffee and soft drink machines are available between 1400 and 2200. Rooms are nice. Again separate sink , toilet and shower/bath facilities. Bed was typical and they offered the convertible hard/soft pillow which I supplemented with a towel. Quiet rooms despite being the buses and trains below. Breakfast is available in the bakery below. 3 meal combinations were available though the typical Japanese breakfast needed to be ordered the day before. Huge assortment of pastries and baked goods. Definitely a plus to start the day.

This is the second time visit here,There is a shuttle bus from train to hotel, the hotel facilities and services are perfect, the hot spring is great, the temperature is just right,Swimming pool is quite big,I must go again next time.Thankyou Mayumi Kiyu she try her best to helping me,is a nice lady=]and also Rai Rojina she is the one who can speak good english in the hotel,she helping me so much!! 第二次來這裡了，從火車到酒店有專車接送，酒店設施和服務都很完善，溫泉很棒，溫度剛剛好，游泳池挺大的，下次一定要再去 .謝謝Mayumi Kiyu，她盡力幫助我，是一位好員工=]還有Rai Rojina，她是酒店裡能說一口流利英語的人，她幫了我很多！！還有一位會說普通話的男孩，他非常有禮貌，努力的幫我翻譯,thanks!

3回目の宿泊になります。前回、スロットマシーンが眩しいと電話で伝えるとこの度は最初から電源を切って下さってました！大変細かいところまで配慮して戴き本当にありがたかったです。 携帯の充電器を忘れてしまったのですが、前回充電器がホテルにあったので安心していました。ところが差してみると充電ができずすぐにフロントに電話しました。丁寧に対応して下さり、すぐに代わりの充電器を持って来て下さいました。フロントが24時間対応して下さるので安心です。また、次の機会がありましたら宜しくお願いします😃

基本的なサービスはFineという事で満足しています。ちょっと思う事は予約して行ったのですがどこを利用したら良いか分からなかったので確定時に部屋番号なりを教えて欲しいです。ホテルの性質上確保できないのかもですがなるべく早くすんなりだと助かりますね。あとこれはしたか無いですがタバコ臭が…これも禁煙とかあり得ないので仕方ないですがそれが気になりました。 ロケーション的には周りは何も無いですが車なら市街地に割とすぐですしアウトレットに行くのにも良い位置かと。

The most satisfied hotel for my this solo trip. Feeling great with this hotel. Clean and service is so good, feel enjoy amenities inside hotel room. I love it so much, and is very close to station

Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. After the call, their shuttle bus will then come and pick you up between 2pm to 6pm I think. The hotel staff in general are very welcoming. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.

Booked a room with an in room onsen overlooking the lake which was amazing Staff went above and beyond and specifically Ziggy who helped me retrieve an item I had left behind. Amazing Kaiseki meal Would highly recommend for an amazing onsen experience.

所用で家族と2泊しました。立地条件から駅近のこちらを選択しましたが、部屋はビジネスホテルタイプで、決して広いわけではありません。清潔には保たれてますか設備の老朽化は否めずに部屋に入り色々目につく箇所がありました。2連泊ですが1泊ずつ予約したためかカードキーが翌日11時に効かなくなりエラー。フロントで話2枚対応してもらうも、また一枚がエラー再びフロントに行くも謝りなく淡々と手続き。チェックイン時からフロントの方にサービス精神は一切感じられず、事務的。こちらのホテルはそう言うのとは無縁のようです。 部屋の清掃も普段1泊の方が多いからか廊下全面を使い各部屋の使用済みリネンをおばちゃんが広げ、廊下も歩きづらいです。エレベーターも1100-1300あたりはリネン運搬のカートにエレベーターを占拠されなかなかきません。寝るだけならいいですが、あの部屋、サービスにしてはやや高く感じます。
