Amazing experience at Halekulani Okinawa. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious with a luxurious feel, offering breathtaking ocean views and thoughtful touches everywhere. Dining was another highlight. The breakfast selection was excellent, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Okinawa. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent hotel with immaculate service and quality. The rooms are luxurious and spacious with stunning view of the ocean. We went during December and the hotel was decorated with Christmas trees and lights, very festive vibe!

A sincere smile and attentive service from the staff make you feel at home, enjoying the refreshing bay and delightful cuisine. Breakfast options include Western set menu, Japanese set menu, and a buffet. The set meals take longer to serve, but the buffet has no wait after 9 AM and offers a wide variety. A five-star resort hotel with three pools (infinity, large, and children's) and a small splash pool. Staff provide towels and bottled water at the poolside loungers, with paid food options available. The private beach is a 10-minute walk to the loungers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for staying in all day. It's recommended to stay at least two days to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities. You can still use the amenities even after you check out tho which is nice. Transportation: Driving is necessary (parking fee JPY 1500/day).

Halekulani Okinawa has definitely exceeded our expectations, mainly by the following reasons: Service: The hotel offered great first impressions to us, as mango smoothies were offered to us during check in, which was a nice touch to the experience of having a tropical feel even before exploring the whole resort. Also, we were given a free upgrade by the hotel workers, which definitely leveled up our experience. Design: The hotel has used the same design as the resort in Hawaii, including the signature orchid flower pool. This really made our family feel like we have been instantly transported into a tropical paradise. The hotel has also been designed to mix in with the spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Size of the hotel: Halekulani has a total of 5 pools, 2 blocks of buildings, which gives us a good time to actually explore the hotel instead of knowing what’s where in one single glance.

The level of service was exceptional - the concierge was extremely helpful, and the housekeeping staff kept my room pristine. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a high-quality restaurant serving delicious, locally-sourced cuisine. I also made good use of the well-equipped fitness center and reliable, fast WiFi. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would not hesitate to book with your hotel again in the future. The combination of outstanding service and top-notch facilities made for a wonderfully comfortable and productive visit.

Super attentive staff, nice pool and beach, amazing view from room. Just that the queuing system for buffet breakfast is a little bit too complicated for a relaxing vacation.
