Hawaii di Okinawa Walaupun saya tidak dapat pergi ke luar negara, saya mempunyai masa yang santai di dewan tempat muzik Hawaii dimainkan. Saya akan melawat awak lagi.

Beberapa kemudahan dan perkhidmatan tidak tersedia kerana keadaan kecemasan, tetapi saya dapat menghabiskan masa saya dengan selesa. Berikut adalah kesan menginap di bilik semula jadi. <Mata yang baik> Bilik itu besar dan bersih. Adalah baik bahawa kolam renang terbuka dibuka. Terdapat sebuah kedai serbaneka dan restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat dari hotel. Anda boleh menikmati perasaan resort dengan pemandangan tropika secara keseluruhan. <Titik mengecewakan> Memang menyusahkan kerana kunci biliknya berat dan hanya ada satu. Makanannya tidak begitu sedap. (Tanggapan peribadi) Pantai itu kotor. (Ini mungkin disebabkan hujan lebat sehari sebelumnya) Tempat mandi awam tidak tersedia. (Ia tidak dapat dielakkan kerana keadaan darurat telah diisytiharkan)

Hotel little dated but friendly staff although rooms undergoing update , lovely little beach cove. Several restaurants in the vicinity - but busy on Fri and sat

I chose this hotel because I think this is the only hotel that allows its guests to swim on the beach during winter. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices but ends early. The room was very clean and complete with facilities, including an espresso machine. It is easy to reach this hotel by the airport shuttle bus. I also took a shuttle bus to go to the famous aquarium. There are many restaurants walking distance from the hotel. I was looking forward to swim in the semi indoor heated pool. Unfortunately, it only opens from 1 to 8 PM. It is also weird that they charged your guest for the gym use (one time fee of 1100yen). This should be included.

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

No in-house entertainment during typhoon, but this is a nice hotel and hv a good sea view.

It was a wonderful staying at moon beach hotel..it has beautiful views and beach. Everything is so clean and comfortable.. if the breakfast gets improved, it will be a perfect staying.

LOVELY HOTEL and very friendly staff.

Worst hotel experience ever in my life and I have stayed in much lower star hotels with better hospitality. I had paid up front for my hotel rooms AND additional beds. Once my family and I arrived, without any sort of typical concierge greetings, we were showed us an arbitrary number of an additional fee we had to pay. Side note-- we are a Chinese-American family, and I throughout our short-lived trip there, I saw them interacting with Japanese and White guests in a much more welcoming manner. We obviously wanted transparency and clarity on what the fees and numbers meant before paying. There was a clear language barrier, which is understandable when traveling abroad, but even with that consideration, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. After us very calmly trying inquire about the costs, the manager, in a tantrum, said “don’t talk to me anymore, talk to her” (referring to his other staff member). Eventually his staff apologized for his behavior and told us that they would explain to me more clearly the next day since it was already late into the evening. The next day we did not receive a clear verbal explanation, instead we were threatened with a posting on our door demanding payment or they would “change your room locks when you are sleeping or away”, but this time the number they were demanding had gone up 5x. This was the first time they had clearly explained what each cost meant (each kid traveling with us had to pay extra per night), but I was obviously frustrated because they had completly jacked up the price without explanation. That evening, we paid half of what they were asking because we didn’t plan to stay another night. After we checked out early, I still kept getting emails demanding payment on our last two nights (the payments being having kids there) when we had already checked out. In addition to a horrible staff experience, the rooms are much to outdated for them to be charging the ridiculously high baseline price they are asking for the rooms. We moved to another more beachside hotel around the same price range with similar pool/ leisure emmenties, more toilet amenities, and most importantly, much more hospitable staff.

Actually I choose the hotel for the sea and beach. Very good in fact. However we had very bad experience for the check in. Keep changing staffs to handle. English or Chinese not friendly. 一個問題換了四個員工來處理，解釋一輪處理完後，遇到一個新員工又解釋一輪。最後結論意思我們是想貪小便之類。 當時不是沖這個海灘，都不會堅持去這。當時因為行程衝突問能不能往後挪一天，人家說沒房。最後取消並加了大價錢定另外訂了第二天同一個房型。到恩納老遠老偏僻，除了完沙灘真的沒啥好玩。建議去美國村住和玩 前台英文差，經過入住一輪風波，搞到每次走到前台位置就老反感。打了大老遠老貴的的士過去，最後弄了2個小時入住。不會入住第二次。

設施：雖然年代久了，不過完全沒有破舊的感覺，硬件都很夠用。酒店內外各有一個泳池，大人孩子都喜歡。海灘的沙子也很細膩~ 環境：如圖所示，滿眼綠色，的確很美。房間內也很乾凈整潔，舒適。 服務：服務人員都很耐心客氣，見面都會微笑點頭。 衞生：每天都會清理房間，清理的很認真，很乾凈。

酒店位置方便，自駕遊容易到達，餐廳可對住海境食嘢，有私人沙灘，整體唔錯，不過一定要揀海境房，真心唔明海邊酒店有山境房，一唔留神book左山境房，住其他酒店都係全海境房，同埋好多設施都要另外比錢

酒店雖然是一家老酒店，但是保養的非常好，房間也很大，衞生搞的特別乾淨，比起那霸酒店，地板上灰都沒有，酒店自帶沙灘，沙子很細，主要就是住店遊客，入住日間正好碰到本地學生研學團，沙灘有點熱鬧，但是不影響度假。餐飲也是很不錯，自助午餐還有長腳蟹。酒店沙灘也有自帶的水上項目，考慮梅雨季天氣多變就沒參加，最後接了個沙灘傘，可以現金付款或者報房間號，最後退房再付款。最後説一下位置，出酒店就是小馬路，旁邊吃的餐廳烤肉，沖繩料理都有，門口就是一個羅森超市，不遠處全家，7/11也都有，超級便利。很不錯的體驗。
