Tempat yang bagus tetapi tiada sarapan pagi, terima kasih kepada Covid-19. Kami tinggal di sana dua kali dalam 2 minggu dan akan melakukannya lagi.

had a great stay besides at checkout when they didn’t honor my late checkout and i was bothered by 2 employees back to back. will definitely stay here again if i ever need to

除了床太軟以外，其他的都很好～ 停車： 開了十幾年的家庭式旅館，門口就有很多停車位 房間大小： 房間大小還可以 房間設施： 就是床太太太軟了，其他的還是不錯的的。當然咖啡機有點臟。 早餐：早餐六點鐘就有了，在這偏僻小山村還是不多見的。品種還挺多的。 健身房：健身房是24小時的，這點對於時差的我來説真是太友好了。 性價比： 整體性價比非常可～

Definitely not brand new. Stayed here over Christmas while in town visiting family. The staff working Christmas Eve was pretty good. The rooms are ok, not super clean but ok enough to where I’d stay again. I had reserved two rooms, one for me and my husband and our two little dogs, and then one room for our 15 and 21 year old daughters…the rooms were in different floors which was fine as we needed first available rather than closest to each other. I was pretty surprised to get charged a pet fee for both rooms, when I was very clear the dogs would only be in the one room. I was told I had to call back when the manager would be there, as the decision was made per his discretion…and it couldn’t be reversed. After we returned home I called and questioned his decision, and felt I had to almost argue my reasoning, apparently he thought we were taking the dogs back and forth from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor?? Because yeah, that’s real convenient. I just felt that was sneaky. Also my husband left his phone charger in the room, and of course they didn’t have it, also shady, especially considering I left a rather large tip in the room (considering it was Christmas Day). I don’t know, this place just left a shady vibe. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Very friendly staff, even though I arrived after midnight on the first night, great location(10 to 15 min to airport with the hotel shuttle). Beds are soft, A/C is noisy.

I have stayed here twice in the past, but not since 2016. As such I thought I would express again how good this place is. I was passing through Syracuse on I-90 and while there are several hotels right off the highway (I have stayed at several) the addition 20 minutes to come to this one is time well spent. Parking is plentiful and there are half a dozen restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The exterior and landscaping are well kept as is the interior of the property. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet and the bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming as well! If I had to find one thing to complain about, it would be about the television. They are small by today's standard and could use an upgrade. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.
