The rooms were nice, service was impeccable from the front desk to the restaurant and bar, the problem that I had was the first day my room keys were canceled, the third day my keys again didn’t work, and my final night my room keys quit working and could not be fixed so I had to get an escort to my room to be let in every time I left. Every staff member was eager and always willing to help. They were great.

這個安大略的LA QIUNTA應該是美國LA QUNITA連鎖店裡麪為數不多的比較好的酒店了，房間夠乾淨，夠大，服務也還不錯，早餐比其他所有的LA QUINTA都好，確實不錯

酒店比較新，離安大略機場很近，第二天趕早班飛機非常方便。看到有班車到機場。酒店停車非常方便，夜間看到有保安巡邏停車場防小偷比較安全。

The overall experience was good. a bit pricy on some days. would be a go to stay if price is lower compare to similar hotels in the area.

This hotel was great except they bang on your door at 10am for housekeeping to kick you out like you are at a homeless shelter. Disrespectful.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a great stay the beds are comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very spacious and clean it had everything we needed the suites came with top stove and they works so well we cooked full meals and I loved how we can borrow appliances like blenders waffle makers and more at the front desk we made sopes and empanadas I want to say the best part that i absolutely loved would have to be the soap the have the dove brand for hand soap lotion body wash conditioner and shampoo it was absolutely wonderful to feel like your actually at home

PPengguna TetamuI have stayed at this hotel a few times and have satisfied with everything. There are a few staff members who are unfortunately not really friendly. On my last stay our air conditioner was not working and we had a horrible night. They where not to accommodating to us.

MMalaika Ball PaigeI had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

Hotel is convenient for on/ off access to freeway, Employees were friendly, Hotel was clean but screamed Remodel Me , Not a pretty place, but good service, clean room , and Dennys next door

PPengguna TetamuMostly fine. Noisy air conditioner and heater. My major complaint is the lack of thoroughness for cleanliness. There were a handful of fine dog-like/cat-like hair on the sheets and clung to all of my clothing. What else could have been unclean?

JJohn T PitreThe hotel staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was modern and clean, they offered breakfast however my flight was scheduled for 7:00am and I left before 6:00 when breakfast was available.

GGeorge MuletI only spent a night here and had to wake up in the middle of the night for a flight. Check-in was easy. The bed was comfy. I got to the Ontario airport in less than 10 minutes. There was an abundance of towels and the shower worked well.

RReiThe manager told me it was my job to call someone to solve my already paid booking when their system was down upon arrival. Location is ok. Small shopping center next door. Pool is comfortable. The room was gorgeous and quite large. Huge beds, clean, quiet.
