I had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

The room was not clean, there were sticky spots to most furniture. Even though we booked a triple room we were given a queen bed and a couch without sheets. The phone in the room was not working and I had to go back to reception to ask for sheets and pillows. When we opened the couch it was full of old food and dirt. Even though it advertises that there is free shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle during our stay and we had to walk to the airport.

Amazing service when checking in for our stay. Donovan was polite and friendly and was a great help throughout the evening. Blanca did an amazing job cleaning the room and giving us extra towels and pillows. The room was very clean, and all staff members were attentive and actually took an interest in their clientele. Great stay.

Okay, so where do I start? I have a Gold Elite Bonvoy member and have been for many years. I reserved a King Suite room on the top floor Club Level with access to the Club. which was a paid upgrade. I have reserved the Club level many times over the years at Bonvoy Properties, so I know what to expect and what it usually has to offer. Besides a respite from the hectic days, there is generally some decent food and drinks served there too. This is the absolutely and positively by far, hands down the WORST Sheraton Hotel that I have stayed at. The first issue that caught my attention was the absence of any USB charging ports in the rooms, including the top floorKing Suits. When as inquired about this at the front desk I was told that they didn't have them in any of the rooms. I asked them to have the manger call me and that never happened. When I checked in I choose to have the room cleaned daily. The next day my room was cleaned and restocked when I returned from all day meetings. The second day when I returned after 4:00 pm my room had not been cleaned, so I went to the front desk because they didn't answer the phone after 15 rings. When I asked if my room was going to be cleaned today, I was told that they don't clean rooms every day. They then asked me if I wanted it cleaned and I declined because I planned on staying in my room and ordering room service for dinner. The option on the app was daily cleaning or 500 points so I choose daily cleaning. What hotels of this caliber have you ever stayed at that you had to go to the Bar/Restaurant to pick up your food after ordering it through room service? I was told that they would call me back to say it is ready to be picked up. Really? Now the quality of the food was horrid, and I was unable to eat most of it. since it was cold and nasty looking. I had ordered Kung Pau chicken with vegetables over white rice. The only vegies in that dish were bell peppers and two very small pieces of carrot. I did eat the brownie and ice-cream desert because I had to eat. As for the ”Club” This was even a bigger letdown. The first time I went there on the second day after my meeting to get a bite, there were three 1/4 turkey sandwiches left on the tray at around 6:00 pm along with some kind of cucumber salad and a green salad. Of course, there were a few Pepsi's, some small mini water bottles, a few root beers and some sprite knockoff drinks in the fridge. I did not eat breakfast since I was out of there too early each day. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and saw that they had a food line similar to what you get at a Hampton Inn. No Thanks! The final night I stopped by the Club to give it another chance and for some food since I returned before the put the food out. Mushy Orange Chicken and Mushy Broccoli Beef and some cold white rice. The only think I consumed there that was tasty was the ”Kirkland” trail mix, which was 4x the price. Let's see what else I remember... Tub/Shower valve

It would have been so easy for this to be a five star, but they still get 4. As a minor issue: I used the noble check in and despite it saying on the app that you can proceed directly to the room, I had to go to the desk for them to check my ID. I used the mobile check in all the time and never have to do this at other properties. Why even offer it if you have to go to the desk anyway? Room was clean but smaller than I am used to at Hampton Inn. Everything was nice but no fridge or microwave, both of which I normally see at Hampton Inns. Breakfast was the normal Hampton breakfast, with a nice surprise that they had delicious pastries from a local bakery. There is a mall across the parking lot and two restaurants just a short walk away. We ate dinner at the hot pot place and enjoyed it.

It would have been so easy for this to be a five star, but they still get 4. As a minor issue: I used the noble check in and despite it saying on the app that you can proceed directly to the room, I had to go to the desk for them to check my ID. I used the mobile check in all the time and never have to do this at other properties. Why even offer it if you have to go to the desk anyway? Room was clean but smaller than I am used to at Hampton Inn. Everything was nice but no fridge or microwave, both of which I normally see at Hampton Inns. Breakfast was the normal Hampton breakfast, with a nice surprise that they had delicious pastries from a local bakery. There is a mall across the parking lot and two restaurants just a short walk away. We ate dinner at the hot pot place and enjoyed it.

很方便的酒店，坐飛機也很方便，有很好的bus提供服務。早餐雖然簡單，但很快捷，鬆餅不錯。距離飛機博物館也很近。

Clean, quiet rooms with a comfortable bed, and a sitting/work area! By far one of the nicer places, I've stayed. I'll stay at a Hyatt again. Only thing missing was their little bar didn't have local beers or wine.
