Hotel Lakeview Ooty

The overall experience was good, but it's very unfortunate that we didn't get any wifi connection at all, throughout our stay for the last 3 days, which should not have been so, in a good hotel. The food was very tasty, the staff cordial and helpful in the restaurant.

The hotel is at a very scenic place and is itself very beautiful. The place also has delicious food and has amazing service. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The resort is also stone's throw from the resort. One can definitely rely on Hotel Lakeview for a comfortable stay.

This is by far one of my favourite resorts. The place is absolutely beautiful and serene. The rooms are very spacious and tidy. The food and the service is brilliant. The people here are very helpful and nice. It's the perfect place to have a laidback time.

Restaurant experience was good , captain and his team were so helpful, food was awesome . Ambiance was good. I strongly recommend my friends and family to visit this restaurant to experience the food and ambience. So kind staffs were around us to serve.

Great location, Excellent service, cordial staff specially Mr David. Booked two cottages for family of six. Both cottages were facing the lake. Room service was prompt, the housekeeping staff was efficient. All cottages are east facing, you wake up to rising sun. Excellent food

Good stay for family with good hospitality from the staff. Food at the restaurant was also good specially yo mention Wilson for the hospitality and patience while serving the food. Can extend the food timing beyond the time slots which will be more convenient for the guests..

Best place to relax with family . Amazing food and the hospitality is great. The attitude of all the staff members has been satisfactory. The ***ager Mr. Rilvan in the restaurant has been attentive to each and every requirement. Would love to visit the place again

I had a good experience at this hotel. Its located at a distance of only 1.5 km from the ooty lake which is one of the most popular place in Ooty. This hotel is surrounded by lush green valleys and forest cover so you will enjoy the peaceful stay. All the rooms here are independent cottages having a living room, a bedroom and an attached bathroom. So you will find the rooms spacious enough for even 3 people. There are ample space available outside cottages for parking private cars as well. Service provided in this hotel is also satisfactory. But there are certain things which can be considered cons for this hotel. This hotel is suitable only for people who come to Ooty vis private cars. This is because the checkin time at this hotel is at 2 pm. People who come to ooty via bus will reach ooty at around 8 am. And they will have to wait at the reception till their room is alloted. Till then they will have to use the common toilets and bathroom which is not quite well maintained. You can request for early checkin but it won't be possible during long weekends when the de***d is high. Secondly all the good and popular restaurants in Ooty is located near the main market area (charring cross) which is about 4.5 km from this hotel. Autos and Taxis won't be available at economical cost for going to the main market at night. So mostly for dinner you will have to depend on the restaurant of the hotel which provides "OKeish" kind of food. Overally the stay experience was good but it would have been amazing if we would have come to Ooty by private cars.

The food is so good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable,the staffs are very kind especially mr.imran,mr.rilvan,Suresh Wilson and David...must visit staycation with family,you feel safre here and you can ask any help with the staffs.......
