Very convy with the bus service to airport with five swiss bucks I got lounge access room which is breakfast serve in same buffet line Not much food in lounge itself but good for relax There big sakura tree beside hotel Room and bed ate nice and clean as hilton standard

Room is under construction from outside...construction man working from 8 am to 3 pm. We requested to change room at 2 pm but hotel service said the noise will stop soon and did not want change our room. The next day at 8am, the nose restarted.

Excellent place to stay to explore Zurich. Train station is only few minutes walk and there is short ride to Zurich HB. Hote also provides day passes for public transportation which is really nice and convenient. There is also shuttle to airport, but its not free. We are happy we choosed stay there and we will likely stay again in the future

The room feels quite dated. The bathroom, in particular, really needs a renovation. There are cracks under the sink, and the glass shower screen on the bathtub isn't clean. The shower gel hadn't been refilled, and there was only one bathrobe in the room. The mini-bar was empty and making a lot of noise.

We arrived at the airport in the early hours and took the hotel shuttle to the hotel. The front desk staff were quite welcoming and helped us check in. The room was clean and tidy.

My father and daughter went here to stay for a few hours because they had a connection flight from Bucharest to Tokyo and they arrived at this hotel and tney waited 2 hours to do the check in . It was 2-3 people at reception and 100 people to check in. Flight attendants and pilots were going in front of everybody for check in as they had priority . Almost half of the stay there , my father stayed in the lobby .

Pro: spacious room. Very convenient if you have a long layover, but really only accessible by car. Public transport will have enough walk for 10-15 min for the nearest train station. It has some stores nearby, but no restaurants. Cons: Room was not very clean, but bed looked ok-ish, with bare minimum amenities (no slippers, bathrobe, comb etc). No sofa and the bathroom feels cramped if you’re on the larger end. Plus it didn’t drain properly.

The room was clean and warm, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, but they charged me twice on New Year's Eve, probably by mistake... I approached them three times, and they said everything was fine, that I misunderstood something, then my boyfriend came up and explained to them in German that they had charged his card twice, in addition to the deposit...

Quick overnight stay, everything was fine and clean. Had to pay for the short shuttle to the airport, despite it appearing as though it should be included in the booking. Also had to ask a couple of times to get the cot brought to the room. Otherwise good for what we needed!

Have the worst impression of this hotel. First it was overpriced but we still came for comfort . We were announced to pay 45 Franks for dog then extra 35 for parking and it seemed very greedy for the hotel. Bed wasn’t a ready for child so had to wait and wait. Amenities very basic and minimal. Felt disguised even to take pictures at hotel. Would never come again for this money and service !
