Je renouvelle le commentaire de mon séjour précédent : établissement confortable et propre, prestation impeccable, service irréprochable et personnel très professionnel, qu’il s’agisse des personnes à la réception ou de la dame croisée dans les étages et qui vérifie si tout va bien et si on ne manque de rien : de nouveau, si je reviens à Oran, ce sera ici. Hôtel central …très propre..petit dej au top..personnel aux petits soins .. personnel très serviable

Personnel aimable et agréable malgré notre arrivée super tardive. Superbe décoration de chambre pour nos noces. Seul bémol petit dej pas assez varié et nous voulions utiliser la baignoire mais l eau était marron. Après ce n est pas la faute au personnel mais il aurait du vérifier. Chambre propre et lit confortable.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary with a complimentary stay at Hotel Colombe Best Western courtesy of an Instagram quiz win. The experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a truly romantic ambiance. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious dinner. The food was of excellent quality and well presented. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the attentive service of the hardworking waiter. While there was no private parking, the security measures in place provided us with peace of mind. Furthermore, the hotel staff went above and beyond by assisting my wife in obtaining necessary medication during her illness. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. We highly recommend Hotel Colombe Best Western for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It is evident that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.

I recommend this hotel. We had a verry nice stay in this hotel. The service is excellent, verry nice people. The rooms where verry nice and clean. Breakfast was goog. Location is near the center. Reasonable price. I will certainly return. Top!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Abdel and Ms. Chaina. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. The staff was extremely cooperative and supportive, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. The level of service truly made my experience memorable. A chaimaa , Hichan & Youghanta service was excellent. Overall service is good here. All people are very polite and helpful.. I like the hotel. It’s good location and price of hotel. Overall cleaning is good. All people are communicating also good.

The rooms were just what we needed - clean, comfortable, and with a touch of elegance. We especially appreciated the calm,It made relaxing after a day of exploring the city a real pleasure. The hotel it self is close to Downtown The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly , always ready to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks to Jalil in the front office. The only negative point was the water which was yellowish in color. I would definitely recommend the Colombe Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Oran.

it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐

Traveled in Oran for the Mediterranean Games. Very good value for money hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, decent in size. Excellent beds and pillows. Special thanks to Mohammed and the rest of the staff. All were very friendly and helpful. There s limited parking in front of the hotel. The not-so-good stuff: Location is not ideal. It is situated off a main avenue, neighbourhood is very old and filthy, although we never felt unsafe. Decent water pressure in the showers, but you have to let the water run for at least 2-3 minutes as the first water is brownish. Also the breakfast is very basic. Overall the hotel was a very nice experience and I have to say a big thank you to the staff that made our stay as pleasant as it could get.
