Location is good for nearby meetings, but a few miles from stores and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. A/C worked well. TV system was abysmal.
Only truly annoying feature was hearing people talking in the hallways (at seemingly normal levels...not yelling). Room definitely needs better soundproofing.

Staying in Orange County for a week and booked the Residence Inn Tustin because of relatively good experience with other residence inn before. The building looks very similar to the other residence inn and the lobby looks nicely done, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful and managed to upgrade us into a two-bedroom unit due to my platinum status. However, the rest of the facility does need some refresh. The elevator is ok but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, throughout the week the elevator does get quite dirty and it does take a bit time for the staff to clean it up. The close buttons for one of the elevators don’t work as well so it also takes time for the doors to close. There are multiple issues with the room that we stayed in. The bedroom doors don’t close properly, and the sofa in the living feels as if it’s ready to fall apart. Cleanliness is also difficult to praise as we noticed stains on beds, ants in the shower, and leftover in the fridge. From a facility perspective I don’t expect great quality from the residence inn brand but this particular one seems to be on the worse end of the spectrum. However, the cleaning staff really needs to pay attention and clean the units well. We loved visiting the area and think we will be back again but we will unlikely return to this property simply because cleanliness is probably one of the worse ones that I’ve seen and experienced.

Fantastic proximity to Disneyland. Our only problem was there was no night staff available. Due to one in our party who snored loudly, we tried to book another room by phone and by going to the front desk around 3:30 a.m., but there was no one to help us.

SSuePerfect location.near so many eateries esp Porto Cafe room is always clean and staff cordial but friendly. Love that Disney shuttle is also available. Small input, housekeeping keep missing towel for us x4 and bodywash is not topped up.

JJoybI’m writing this because it helped when I was looking to book a place for our trip to Disneyland and also I was happy with my stay. We stayed 3 nights here. I had stayed here before 20yrs ago. First, the castle theme is eye catching for the kids( my daughter is 17 and it was her 1st time to Disneyland) she thought it was cool. Place was clean, hot tub was hot and the pool was good temperature and all was clean. Well lit, no weird activities or people around. Good parking area. Room had a microwave and refrigerator that I wasn’t specifically looking for but it came in really handy. We ordered door dash and kept drink and left overs in frig. It’s close to restaurants, Starbucks, walgreen and of course Disneyland. I have a bad knee and It was close enough for me to walk without issues. It’s like 2 blocks away. I forgot to mention I needed a first floor room when I booked it and the staff made sure I got one. They did inform me that it is a bit noisier on the first floor which there were some noise but nothing crazy and I appreciated the information. People are on vacation so the place had early activity from guest but still not anything too noisy. I looked at hotels for hours trying to pick one for this trip. One I was going to pick also said it is close to Disneyland but I noticed it when we arrive in town and it was on the back side. This hotel is on the same street as the main entrance to Disneyland. We walked back to the hotel after midnight and the streets was well light as well as the hotel. I’m really glad I chose this hotel and I would stay here again. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

PPengguna TetamuI booked this hotel last minute as I was looking for an accommodation close to Disneyland. And I was blown away by everything. I checked in around 8PM, after a very long day. I was incredibly drained and most likely not the best version of myself, but I had the most welcoming and helpful check in experience thanks to Yannik and Cristian. They made sure I was set for success… and for a super resting night of sleep ! The lobby is state of the art and the room was too ! All the furnitures were like new, and my room offered a view on the Matterhorn mountain. Very sweet ! The room had a big living area, with a kitchen and a pretty big couch. The bedroom was 2 queen size beds. The bathroom ( I’m picking about bathroom) was really spacious and the shower was just perfect. Breakfast was complimentary but I left too early to enjoy it. Room service options are numerous as the hotel partners with a bunch of restaurants around. Last but not least, it’s soooo convenient to go to disney from this hotel ! I’m a fast walker and it takes me under 10 minutes to make it to Disneyland’s bagcheck. I’m assuming a family with children would need maybe under 15 minutes, including quite long crosswalks. If you’re looking a modern, beautiful-looking accommodation close to Disneyland, I would 100 percent recommend !

PPengguna Tanpa Namaアナハイム旅行で使いました。ディズニーランドへは少し距離がありますが歩ける距離です。有名な日本向けホテルも近くにあり夜に返ってくる時に一緒になる人が多かったです。
2階建てでアパートのような雰囲気です。扉を開けると廊下はなく直ぐ部屋になってます。部屋は広めです。
新しくはないですが綺麗に清掃されてます。
エンゼルスタジアムまではオレンジカウンティバスで20分くらいです。アプリを入れると簡単に1日券も買えます。
ガソリンスタンドにコンビニもあるので朝食にも困りません。
道路に面していないので静かでとても過ごしやすかったです。

PPengguna TetamuThe outside is quite plain. But the rooms were excellent. Must have been recently redone. The beds have no bounce, firm. But very comfortable. We both slept well; no noise. The shower control was three times better that what have at home. AC was easy to understand. WiFi good with the password on the TV clicker. We stay at economy hotels and this was the best balance of cost and amenities. I can’t think of a change I’d suggest. I wish this was closer to our regular spot in Hollywood.

Its small with little walking space. As soon as I set down my bag on the bed i notice a cigarette burn-on the top sheet used as a cover/comforter! And then another and another!! So I ring the front desk for fresh, clean replacement of bedding. They arrive within 10-20 minutes , i thank them. I pull the raggedy ones off and now there are also cigarette burns on the sheets. I booked a non-smoking room. Hmmm?
Now I’m trying to overlook the fact and reason that all guests aren’t cut of the same cloth and the bedding did look as if it stayed for another visit once the guests were gone. But now as i unfold the promptly delivered fresh set they are slso designed by cigarette burn holes!!! Having pulled the pillows away from the headboard I see some sort of streak across the headboard that house-keeping didn’t. Oi vey! Now I’m walking to fetch a hot soapy washcloth , it seemed laundrred, I mean it was folded. Now on the wall where the towels are stocked it looks like a bad wipe off the walls of blood splatter? No matter cuz even if it was hair dye or chocolate it shouldn’t be left for anyone to notice!!! I was shocked with an assumption that house-keeping needs better sanitation training. I wanted to check out to book hopefully a sanitary room from anther Hotel Motel Holiday Inn! But everyone was booked and there weren’t any within my meager limits. And I spent $100 on this booking! I should have taken pictures as proof of my remarks but i was just keeping my wits not to go off into my darkness. Well you can always go see for yourself!

SSoldier&PunkyThe security guard was very rude! He was hassling us as we were loading our car with our belongings. We had a long trip ahead of us so we had to organize our stuff in the car, which would have taken us about 20 mins AT THE MOST. With him constantly harassing us about taking too much time and us having to stop what we’re doing to speak with him it ended up taking us an hour to do the task. We also were traveling with my emotional support animal whom just had babies (2 kittens) and so they were in the car in a cage and he even started yelling while my husband was cleaning out the litter box which terrified our pets!! It’s crazy how unprofessional this man was.
On the other hand, the room itself was nice! I loved the layout, how there is a sliding door that separates the front half which is the bed, tv, and bathroom area. And then the back half has a sofa ( that can be pulled out into a bed) and a sofa chair, coffee table, and two end tables, the windows which do open, and an additional tv. It’s perfect for my husband whim likes to watch tv all night while I’m sleeping in the bed in the other area. They also have a great breakfast with a waffle maker!! So besides the security guard in the parking structure I had a great experience at this hotel.

MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
