第一次來鄂爾多斯，是來看乒乓球超級全滿貫樊振東的比賽。選擇入住瑞婭，新酒店，設施配備都很好。前台服務也很棒，作為前高端酒店從業者表示非常滿意。前台喬妹妹顏值高，説話輕聲細語，細緻入微的服務尤其印象深刻。諮詢她當地特色早餐，給我們推薦了5家，後來的每一天我們按照她的推薦換着吃，每一家都十分乾淨美味，很有當地特色，小夥伴們表示十分滿意。更讓人感動的是，她能記住我們客人，要知道那幾天酒店有很多樊振東球迷入住，要記住人其實並不容易，她真是很有專業素養。另外前台兩位帥哥服務也很棒。總之，本次入住軟硬件都十分滿意，五星好評，也不枉我入住當天就推薦第二天來的球迷朋友退了其他酒店轉而選擇這個酒店。
