Great service, friendly staff. Very clean, even smelled nice. Right near Disney Springs without the Disney price too! Definitely coming back next time we stay in Orlando.

It was the great experience staying in Pestana. The breakfast was great, spacious rooms, coffee and cookies at front desk for my daughter and we used Uber for Disneyworld that seems better option to be flexible. We didn't able to use shuttle buses on our stay as we don't think it is returning back on time. The location is ideal and close to Disney spring and Vineland outlet mall after the Disney fun to have some some shopping and rest. I am so grateful to the Manager Mihaela who made out visit super special by upgrade our room and offered late check out as my daughter wanted to take rest. I would appreciate Precious who being very soft and gentle resolving all our concerns during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will avail the parking option.

Pestana is amazing. The staff are friendly and check you in right away. The property is pretty new and it looks great. Plenty of parking. Room is spacious with modern furniture. Bathroom has a spa feel to it. Very inviting. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Room has microwave, fridge, tv, and coffee maker. Location is amazing. Your 10-15 min drive to Disney Springs. Tons of restaurants near by. I have stayed here a few times over the past year, and looking forward to staying again soon.

Great location, yet there're regular noise at night which keep us awake.

The hotel is ok in general but the worst part is the check in and check out. There’s this one short hair at the reception, she was so rude and she looked like as if we owe her money during check in. Upon check out, we asked to store our luggage at the hotel for 3 more hours as we have a flight departing at 9pm. The same girl lied to us and said their luggage room is full so they cannot accommodate that. However, we were traveling with a newborn and 2 toddlers so we have to put the luggage at the hotel first. So we asked if we can see the luggage room and the moment she opened the door, THE ROOM WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Worst receptionist ever!!! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel is quite a distance from Disneyland. There is a daily shuttle bus. I didn't get on it every time I arrived early during my four-day stay. An Uber costs about $15. The cookies at the front desk are delicious. The room is cleaned every day and two bottles of water are provided. There is also a microwave in the room. There is a supermarket 15 minutes' walk away, so you can buy some frozen food and heat it up! There are also many food options near the supermarket.

Because of flight delay, I checked in at 2am. The front desk staff took a long time to tell me that because I checked in at this time, they would reduce the resort fee by one night. I thought it was a good idea at the time, and even cancelled the hotel I had originally booked and booked two more nights. But in the end, they still deducted the resort fee for that night. I don’t understand why I arrived at 2am that day and waited for the staff at the front desk and typed for a long time. . .

I booked a hotel with my family late at night. I arrived at the front desk at 2 a.m. and was told that check-in would be at 3 p.m. The receptionist was a very cold, middle-aged woman. I asked if there was any adjustment since I was traveling with three children and an elderly person. She said impatiently, "There's no other way. I can only cancel the room." From booking to cancellation, it took no more than 20 minutes, but the full room fee was deducted. No communication was effective. So, don't stay in a hotel like this. It's terrible! Please choose carefully.
