Ulasan Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando

This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening. Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess. Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific. It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg. I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

酒店每間房免費提供每日2支支裝水及2杯Starbucks咖啡😊👍 房間內設有免費洗衣及乾衣機使用附帶洗衣粉👍 酒店服務設施，沒有每日房清潔，換床單，更換毛巾，清潔垃圾，酒店範圍比較大，每天都要發8分鐘以上時間步行到前台 但整體來說，房間空間都算大及滿意👍 ######有點留意，如果要訂度假村酒店 -需要額外支付度假村費用 US$ 28.13/day 額外收費（於酒店付款） 約HK$ 219.76 酒店貨幣：US$ 28.13

各方面都很不錯，隔壁就是outlets。服務人員服務態度也很好。

Staff was generally friendly and helpful, but we had housekeeping walk into our room twice while it was occupied with the do not disturb sign on the door. Property is somewhat outdated and the WiFi does not work properly.

Only 1 agent checking guests in. The line was long. Lots of managers walked by, not one jumped behind the desk to help us. Very frustrating

Love everything about this hotel. (first visited 6 years ago and it is kept in top shape by all the staff around the hotel. Pleasure to see something being looked after so well) We stay as a family in many different hotels around the world (+50 a year), but rarely the same ones as we are always looking for something just a little bit better. BUT Orlando this hotel is a definite, the location, the staff, the guests, the extremely nice and friendly cleaning staff. We had a fault in a toilet and 10 minutes later there were people fixing it (have in other hotels waited days)

The pool was great and they have a full bar and restaurant and small shop onsite. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was that we were told that someone would come once daily to change out our linens and take out our trash but no one ever did.

Overall good but noisy and lack of lounge chairs because everyone throws a towel on it and leaves.Didn’t use the pool the entire week.

Perfect location with respect to the parks (especially Disney) and other stuff in the area. Friendly staff. You need a car for getting around, both inside the resort and elsewhere.

Dove met us at check in, she was friendly and knowledgeable. An asset to your front desk staff.

This was the first time that my wife and i have been to Orlando. I searched for a 4 to 5 star hotel and this one i choose. I mean it was absolutely wonderful. Great people that served behind the desk with wonderful and polite attitudes. The grounds were exceptionally clean and meticulous. I intend on coming back.
