This hotel is really nice place and great service but it’s not very near any restaurants and shop.

My catalytic converter got stolen off of my rental my last night there. No cameras in the parking lot.

The location is great, we stayed for 2 weeks! Our problems with them are the cleaning and “incidental”fee! While we checked in they asked for a 20 dollars “incidental” fee per night! So in our mind it was just deposit and didn’t think much about it since when we booked on Trip.com, it stated parking is available (Free) when we checked out, we saw it on our bill what “incidental” fee are actually parking fee but no front desk staff were telling us that while we checked in! They finally decided they would refund us after Trip.com representative’s help! As for the cleaning, there has been time we asked for our room to be service but they didn’t show or they came too early while we were getting ready! We told them to come back later but again they were newer showed! Later on we were informed that some of their staffs did not understand English which created the confusion. We are generally very pleased with the hotel, breakfast options were okay! The only thing is I wish they have a hot tub tho!

A very convenient hotel. There's a small supermarket in the lobby with a wide selection of items, though the prices are a bit high, but acceptable. Taking a taxi to Disneyland is very convenient, taking only about ten minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, but the frequency is relatively low; you can take advantage of it if the timing is right. There's an outlet mall right across the street, great for shopping. The hotel has complete facilities, including a high-end gym. The breakfast is average but acceptable. The housekeeping is very thorough; they even help arrange the plush toys!

The room is not big and there is no safe which is inconvenient, but there is a small kitchen which is an extra advantage. The room was not cleaned one day and the shuttle time is also very limited. We usually take a taxi by ourselves and it takes less than 15🔪 to get to Disneyland.

There are shopping plazas and shopping malls around, making life very convenient. Tableware and facilities are provided in the room to make staying here more fun. The breakfast is also very rich, and drinks are often provided in the lobby. You can drink them at any time when you return to the hotel, which is great.
