I appreciated the close proximity to the Orlando Airport, including the complimentary shuttle, and the ability to check-in late. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and the shower was clean and had good water pressure. I missed the complimentary breakfast (6-9am weekdays) both times I stayed because I either had to leave before it started or I slept past it. Bummer. I wish the lobby at least had coffee made and available for people in my situation. I will definitely return to this hotel when I need a hotel at (near) the airport!

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I was disappointed with the channels available on the TV. ABC, NBC, CBS and ESPN were not available. I had to watch the NFL playoffs on my phone.

The wi-fi did not work. The remote control didn't work and the telephone in the room also did not work. Went down to take the shuttle to the airport in the morning and the driver called in sick. They did call a lift driver so we were able to get the airport on time.

Another employee interrupted the desk clerk while we were checking in, we had left our bags in the morning and had to wait quite awhile while the staff took the desk clerk in the back to sing happy birthday after telling us 4 times they would "be right with us".
The toilets in the womens bathroom downstairs wouldn't flush. That bathroom was also dirty and had paper towels everywhere. The floors in the lobby and hallways were dirty and sticky. They didnt serve breakfast the 2nd day because that employee didnt show up for work.
The hotel.seemed old, but it could have been cleaner no matter how old it was.
The room was nice and 6 there were several restaurants within walking distance. I wouldnt choose this hotel again.

I will not fault the hotel for what they cannot control, but a lot of work needs to be done. The staff are phenomenal first of all. They deserve a better place than that to work at.
It's in desperate need of a room makeover, modernization of everything from the bathroom to the carpets. Don't get me started on those carpets oh my goodness.
Otherwise it was pretty clean, I'll say that. No crumbs behind the night stands at least. But the best part was the staff. They were courteous, helpful and kind.

We made an emergency booking as our flight was rerouted to Orlando with a 9 hour layover. When booking there was no mention of shuttle time service. We arrived at 1:00 Am and found no shuttle so a 25 dollar cab fee . In the morning we had no breakfast as the cook didn't show up. I understand it is complimentary but with the number of hotels in the area all in the same price point I would have booked one with 24 hour shuttle and enough staff that if someone was a no-show things proceeded as normal. Being in the hospitality field, it is concerning that one person doesn't show and the wheel stops!
