The hotel was very run down. The room was dirty and bed were broken. The carpets mouldy and the bathroom was falling apart. Strong smell in corridors and room which wasn’t pleasant. The location was good for all the parks and in the heart of I drive.

Nice room front desk was very helpful. Location of Hotel is outstanding within walking distance to where I needed to go. Great experience will be traveling a lot in the future and I will be staying at Quality Inn when available.

No hot water which was a known issue and they did not educate this prior to check in. Cracked mirror, ripped up carpet and stains on the bed.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.

This hotel has a good location, very good service, smiling staff, breakfast is considered quite good. The only disadvantage is that in the room, near the bed and bathroom, there are small cockroaches on the bed. From what I can see, the hotel has renovated but some parts have not been renovated. The whole room is old and there are cockroaches living there. If this can be improved, it will be very good.

The place was very humid, so much so that I checked out earlier than expected, as my wife has rhinitis. The location is good and the service is excellent, the problem was the one reported above.

I feel that this is not like the comfort inns I have stayed in. The towels are as rough as those in Motels. The towels and beds in the hotels where I have stayed in the past are very soft...the bathroom door cannot be closed and the shower curtain cannot be drawn. The whole bathroom was filled with bath water!
