I prepaid for my room in advance instead of just “reserving my room” as I wanted to guarantee that I had a room with 2 queen beds. I paid the 385 dollars weeks ago in an effort to avoid any issues at check in. Well when I checked in they had given my room away and only had a room with 1 bed, which is exactly why I prepaid so that I could avoid this exact situation. Traveling with 2 other men made this room and situation impossible. I was told I would get 25% of my room cost credited back to me and it never happened. The toilet in the room didn’t properly flush and they couldn’t fix it until after we checked out. Completely unacceptable for a hotel and property at this price range and “quality level”
