100% recommend! Very clean. Has a pool and breakfast included ❤️

The property was very well lit and clean. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room wasn’t very clean and the bed and bedding was filthy. The free breakfast offered was good enough to start the day with. My family and I only stayed here for one night and I feel that was enough any longer and I would have found other accommodations.

The carpet in the rooms need to be cleanes thoroughly & the showers needed to be cleaned better or actually an upgrade is really needed!

Room was not ready when he arrived at 4:30. Front desk staff said they were having trouble with housekeeping. Kept changing and front desk staff was frustrated as well.

Nice clean and simple hotel. A few notes, breakfast was very mediocre. No yogurt and limited fruit. Eggs were packaged in a warm up unit, not fresh. Late night snacks were also limited, so bring your own. My number one issue was the shower floor was extremely slippery. I had to hold on to the bar most of the time to keep from falling.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly, from the time we called from the airport to get our shuttle, our shuttle driver and the girl working at the check in desk! Very beautiful lobby.

We chose Home 2 Suite after calling to check on how the shuttle service worked from the airport. We had a 7 hour layover and didn’t want to spend it in the airport. We landed just before 11pm and our flight out was at 7:15 am. We knew it wouldn’t be long, but I have a bad back and a few hours in a bed would be glorious! When we got our baggage, we called the hotel, the woman said to go to the 1st floor, to C270 & call back. We did this, she said the shuttle would be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, we called back. A new woman said, she didn’t know and would send the shuttle now! Ugh! 25 minutes later, we started asking the other hotel shuttle drivers if they knew if there really is a shuttle for Home 2 Suites. After telling one we had already waited 45 minutes and called 3 times, he took pity and said his hotel was right by ours and would gladly drop us off after his two riders. There were NO shuttles coming towards us when we left. This kind driver dropped his two riders quickly and drove the short distance to drop us off! Low and behold the shuttle was sitting right in front of the doors! When we checked in & told the desk clerk the shuttle never came, she said “they came and you weren’t there!” Not a sorry, how did you get here, nothing!! We asked if there would really be a shuttle available at 5 am! She said yes and wrote us down. We went to the desk at 4:45 & she said the shuttle would be right back. 5:13 the shuttle came! No apologies! We won’t go back!

Need to stock more than 1 washcloth per room and need to have bedding in room for pullout couch

When i first arrived to check in. The staff was having a conversation. I had to wait until they was finish for someone to help me. I’m not hard to miss. I’m 6’5 but whatever. I get my room keys and go drop my stuff of cause i had plans. Fast forward to end of night. I get to my room around 10pm. I start to clean and sanitize the room as i do when i check into any hotel. I notice the sheets on bed are dirty and bed is not even made properly. I pull back sheets and they have stains on them. I call front desk and Erik the one who was working at the desk. Tells me i have to change my own sheets cause no staff is available. I go down to get my sheets. And he gives me sheets that aren’t even folded and look like they been clean. It’s late I’m tired I’m like ok. I pull sheets and bed cover off and bed is full of stains from red color , yellowish, golden and brownish. I go back down stairs and ask for another room. No rooms available and he says he can’t help. 11:15 and I’m trying to see if there’s another hotel in area. He doesn’t offer to call management and tells me management will be in tomorrow at 3pm. I go back downstairs cause i book through ******* and they tell me that someone has to ok us being moved. I see Erik is gone and another lady is in. She was very nice and very helpful. She moved me to another room for the night. I can’t remember her name but she worked from 11-7am. Very hospitable and helpful. Move to another room. This room smell like wet mop.
