Rosen Shingle Creek Universal Blvd

Because of the construction, there really just wasn’t amenities. I ended up spending money on two movies $25 each that didn’t work because the TV wasn’t working because of the construction :)

It was just a ghost town and you could tell the team didn’t care about the few guests there. None of the issues I mentioned ever got resolved.

Love this hotel rooms are being renovated. Clean and staff is friendly. Good choice of restaurants.

Is a huge hotel but not easy to get in and out so need to drive or get a cab if want to go grab a bite instead of dining in the hotel. Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, pool is nice and i enjoyed staying.

We had an outstanding stay at Rosen Shingle Creek—easily one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in Orlando. The service was truly first-class, and every interaction with the staff was smooth and professional. A special thank you to Ilese, the front desk manager, who was an absolute delight to work with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. We needed to extend our daughter-in-law’s stay by an extra night, and the team made the process incredibly easy—even upgrading her room. They also offer complimentary notary services, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.
