Ulasan Travelodge by Wyndham Orlando / Heart of International Drive

I love my stay here! My clean was clean, food was delish, and location is superb! It's near Uuniversal Studios

So the receptionist was awesome.  Though the first room was not clean, and the beds were obviously slept in he did find us another one. Besides him this hotel sucks. Yes, of course most hotels require. A deposit fee, but this one kept it trying to say that I won’t get my deposit back because they say I checked out late which I did not. The most frustrating part about that is nowhere in the policies. Does it say they can keep my money if I check out late. Be careful with your deposit. 

I wish I took pictures but I was so horrified I could not. This is not a hotel, it's a roach motel. It's not suitable to families. It's a very dodgy area. We were afraid to even step out. It's really just off international drive but the area is pretty sketchy. It's in the same league as Econo Lodge. We booked the room based on the picture but beware, this picture is not the same as the motel. It is very misleading. And a 'breakfast' was included but it was literally a section in the shop with bran flakes in a container and disposable bowls. I was shocked. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting and stunk of ****. The second room was apparently one of their better rooms and though it didn't stink, the bathroom was absolutely putrid. They even had two very disgusting bath mats in the shower which I swear was black underneath. Do not stay here. There were dodgy people all over the hotel. I don't think we were the only ones caught by this fraudulent 'hotel'. We paid over around $110 for this room. I will never stay at a Wyndham again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Great service. And love staying here.

The smell in the reception area and the rooms was awful. The so-called grab and go breakfast area was just a dirty coffee mashine on a disgusting table top.As other guest started to party and loudly passing our room we immediately checked out.

I didn't realize I booked a motel with small beds and a sink that did not drain so did not even want to try the shower. Non smoking signs everywhere but almost had to call the ambulance from choking on smoke in the middle of the night. Smelled **** smell and i have Asthma so this was bad. I checked out super early did not have the energy to complain having not been able to sleep all night just figured I'd only be charged for the 1 day i stayed instead i was charged for 2 day for not modifying ahead of time a if i could have predicted that i was need to leave asap and get another hotel. It was like being in the hood and my son was scared from we got there.

Construction going on, which is fine, but it was all over the place. They could have managed the space better.

There was an awkward space under the door to the room next to ours so we could hear everything in the next room. The TV had very limited channels and the remote barely registered to the TV making it impossible to watch anything. The staff was nice but the facilities were disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was nice but little issue with hot water but other than that was good for the price. Will be back for sure

At time of checking they couldn’t give me the key of the room as the system was down. Had to wait for a maintenance personnel to open the room. Next morning got the key. The cleaning of the room wasn’t thorough. Rooms were very small.

The staff was nothing short of amazing! The rooms tv didn’t work There was only one set of towels which I had a tough time getting another. I was only there over night which I didn’t feel the need to make a big stink about the tv.

The hotel is great for going to Universal. You can take bus 38 in front of the hotel every 30 minutes. You can also take the bus when the park closes until 10:20 pm. The shower needed a renovation but the beds and room were okay, comfortable, and clean. You can also take the bus to the airport in the same bus stop. Very convenient.
