The suite room is large but the facilities have not been upgraded. There are no slippers (the hotel cannot provide them even if requested), toothbrushes and toothpaste. There is no such convenience box. You really need to bring everything by yourself. There are enough sockets, but there is no central control for the lights and all the switches are induction. Getting up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet will cause all the lights to be turned on by induction. This is special. Annoying

The room was average overall. Although it was large, the housekeeping was not cleaned the next day after I called several times.

Excellent value for money, very close to Highway 4, and the room is generally quiet, but the noise from the air conditioner indoor unit and refrigerator compressor at night still affects your sleep. Tina at the front desk was excellent and helped us solve our problems.

The room is quite clean and relatively new. There is a big difference in the level of several front desks. Shopping and dining nearby are more convenient. feels pretty good in general.

There’s no microwave. The room was clean but if you staying longer than a day, i don’t recommend it.

Hotel is amazing, but the customer service was horrible. We had 2 flights cancelled and finally my family with three young kids got to the hotel at midnight and they tried to deny us our prepaid room.

We stayed two nights in this hotel with wonderful location and nice sight to Universal studios, highway and nearby hotels. Room was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The only negative side I found that the lighting swithes/ led drives or something kept very high pitch noice with lights on which was a bit disturbing at first but we got used to it very fast - forgot it and it did not bother at night which was a relief. I also forgot to mention it when checking out so it was not a big deal. Employees were very lovely and helpful. Very tasty takeaway or eat in breakfast options. Parking was easy and there was plenty of room in parking lot. Overall experience was very good and highly recommended.

Very nice and clean but we were disappointed that there was no breakfast hospitality available. They advertised an ala cart restaurant but apparently they gave the cook the morning off. For the price of the room I was very surprised by the lack of this availability. Bring back the complimentary breakfast.
