Hotel 4 bintang Orleans yang Popular

We chose the hotel as we were travelling with our Golden Retriever and he was made most welcome. If you don't have much luggage I recommend you drive directly to the car park at 22 boulevard Rocheplatte - 45000 Orléans. Its a 2 minute walk and you cannot park at the hotel itself as it is on the main shopping street. The hotel also discounts the car park from 18 euros down to 10 euros for 24 hours. Check in very friendly and the rooms (we were in room 10) very nicely appointed. A good breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended.

The outside is not impressive. We were given a double bed when we had asked for twins BUT this was quickly rectified. The plug in the basin did not work, but again this was mended quickly. Breakfast was good with wide choice of options. The room has a very strange lay out, with everything crammed into a small space, divided from the beds by a curtain.. So, the shower, toilet, storage space, safe etc all in one and a mirror placed on the wall so that anyone in the bathroom could be viewed from the beds. . It did have a great view of the river however. The strength of this place lies in its staff. They were all unfailingly brilliant . I mention Julia and Eleonore on Reception, but also the 2 gentlemen and the lady on bar duty They made our stay memorable. Thanks to all of them

The property is located just at the entrance to the inner city. For healthy people, it's a nice 20-25 minutes' walk along the river to get to downtown. Otherwise one must take the car out from the ample, relatively cheap, hotel parking provided, as the nearest tram stop is not that near, either. Rooms and bathrooms are adequate, breakfast is good, and the excellent restaurant deserves a separate review. The view of the Loire River and beyond from our high-floor room alone was worth the stay. The hotel is very popular, particularly as a stop for tourists on their way to Northern Europe. Thus, during the season it's best to reserve early.

Part of coach trip returning from Italy 6th October We were expecting a set 3 course meal after a long day travelling Starter was a mug, half filled with beige soup and hard as rocks stale bread crusts. At bottom of mug looked like raw egg yolk Main was a brown leg of chicken with mash flavoured with gravy Dessert was cheesecake Vegetarian passengers said later they were served raw white fish (they were fish eaters) Utter chaos at breakfast. Not small hot selection and I was unable to locate a tea bag. Staff kept well out of view though some people had to chase them up when mugs ran out Our coach drivers said they took photos and are lodging an official complaint about hotel, via their head office I am over 60 and this is one of worst hotels I've stayed in Rooms were fine but food at evening meal would probably infringe some people s humans rights I do have photo evidence but as phone saved these in heic format I cannot upload them at the moment

I was having a great stay until this evening. After a day out exploring this lovely region I was excited to go to the sauna and pool area to relax. Another couple were there watching sport on their ipad. I asked them not to and they turned down the volume, so I could hear tinny sports commentators. This is not what I expect when I want to relax in the pool area and I chose this hotel over others and paid for this service. I complained to the girl on duty who did talk to them but said she could do nothing because they turned the volume down. This is terrible customer service, the pool area is not a sports bar. I will be making a formal complaint to Accor and Novotel about this. It has really ruined my trip.

We arrived morning tired from trip and tried check in at 9AM, we understand it may have not been possible. however the receptionist said we might check in 13 or 14 . I showed him my reservation from *********** clearly states booking at 12. He just simply said its not our problem and we will not have our room by 12 neighter!!! Total nonsense! He could at least say we will try our best and if someone checks out we will check you in. he didn't bother, cause he hasn't learned simple basics of a receptionist role. I contacted hotel manager but they didn't care, so here is my conclusion at this hotel they don't give a damn about customer, there are plenty of great hotels at Orleans with amazing professional recpetionists.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite à quelques pas du centre ville et des rues commerçantes. La possibilité de pouvoir garer au parking de l'hôtel est un énorme avantage mais pourquoi faut-il que Ibis fasse toujours payer ce service ? Ou alors pourquoi les membres Accor ne pourraient -ils pas profiter gratuitement de ce service ? L'accueil est rapide et efficace, les explications parfaites. La chambre est vaste, bien décorée, le lit confortable mais une fois de plus quelques détails font qu'à mon avis nous risquons de nous détourner rapidement vers la concurrence. En effet pas de bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre, pas de produits de toilette dans la sdb, une seule serviette de toilette par personne, ça fait vraiment pingre. Pour le petit déjeuner, celui ci est très correct, il manque peut être quelques laitages (yaourts) et des fruits frais. Tout cela est vraiment dommage, nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour.

J'ai demandé un lit bébé à la réservation qui m'a été accepté (message reçu). Pourtant, à notre arrivée, il n'y avait plus de lit bébé disponible (seulement 2 dans l'hotel !!! Et ils étaient déjà reservés depuis longtemps!!!). Nous ne serions pas venus si on avait su cela. On a du dormir à 3 dans un lit 140cm. La réceptionniste étant seule ne pouvait rien faire pour moi. D'ailleurs, il ne faut pas avoir de problème du tout car il n'y a que très peu de personnel (réception ouverte seulement entre 15h et 20h). Le dimanche matin, seulement 1 personne pour le petit déjeuner (service et cuisine). Sinon, le studio est propre et plutot bien. Nous n'avons pas eu de bruit. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bien avec plusieurs produits bio et locals. Pas beaucoup de place de parking, il faut le réserver très tôt.

Hotel médiocre, très bruyant. Petit-déjeuner spartiate (mais aimablement servi). J'ai vécu une expérience désagréable puisque mon arrivée a eu lieu après la fermeture de l'accueil (à 19h00 !)... Immeuble fermé ; la porte ne s'ouvre qu'avec la clé de chambre que par définition je n'avais pas. Pour récupérer sa clé, il faut appeler un numéro de téléphone... qui ne répond pas (malgré plusieurs tentatives)... J'ai été sauvé par un client qui m'a ouvert la porte et qui se souvenait miraculeusement du code du coffre à clés où ma clé de chambre m'attendait sagement... S'il n'était pas arrivé, j'aurais dû me trouver, au pied levé, un autre hotel...
