I was not able to stay and was not cancel free. No idea how the hotel looks like.

I want to express my gratitude for the efforts that Jada at the front desk made to make my stay comfortable. After one night of being constantly awakened by an older a/c unit cycling off and on (and loud!), I went to her the next day to express my dissatisfaction. During a not busy time, she left her station to examine another room and check out its newer a/c unit. She had me go take a look at it, the a/c was whisper quiet, and she made the room change for the remainder of my stay. What a difference. I slept so well. I can't thank Jada enough for what she did to ensure I had a comfortable stay. This hotel really needs to replace all those old units now, not replace them one at a time as they age beyond repair. One has to be a really sound sleeper to put up with the noise they make.

Excellent location and breakfast. Rooms need a lift but are clean. Staff is amazing. Hot tub not working was a disappointment

Not the cleanest; hair left in the bathroom, dirt and crumbs on the floor.
The bathroom has no vent, so when you take a shower it steams up so bad and condensation builds up on everything. Ok if you are just a couple and you leave the door open while showering.

Stay was amazing. The breakfast bar was the best and the gentleman that is in charge of the cooking and maintaining the breakfast
bar is absolutely the best. He is so kind and
goes out of his way to make the start of your day wonderful. Also, the front desk lady the night I arrived made sure tea and coffee and other items were available. Best stay ever for me.

We were very disappointed that the jacuzzi was cold. We were told that we had to turn it on and it would start heating up, but after 30 minutes it did not heat up at all. No water bottle filling station. After breakfast they turn off the water dispenser so I had to use the bathroom sink or grab a cup and use the water fountain. Employee did not seem interested in helping me at all and only suggested that I could buy a water bottle to pour into my bottle. Just leave the water machine on after breakfast!

I was hoping for a very quiet evening. Unfortunately there was a compressor or some type of equipment running in the parking lot right by my window. It finally shut off but not before my frustration got the better of me.
