We checked in late at night but Mr.Fatih was so welcoming and helpful in settling us in to our room. The next day being our silver wedding anniversary, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the king size room. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Fatih and Ms. Isra for helping us with everything! Our balloon ride was canceled and we were finding it difficult to get another one for the next day. Mr Fatih and Isra helped get us a new booking and we were blessed to witness the magic of Cappadocia balloon ride! We spent 6 nights at Elika cave and we could not have found a better place. The decoration of the rooms and the set up of the hotel are just fabulous. The lounge has a view over the Ortahisar valley which is quite impressive at night. The breakfast - as mentionned in many reviews - is just incredible, and the staff very attentionate. A perfect place for those willing to avoid some of the crowded villages in the Goreme area.

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。装飾も美しく、部屋は清潔で、お風呂でリラックスすることができました。　また朝食が非常に美味しく、ランチが不要になるくらい盛り沢山のメニューでした。 ご厚意でお部屋もアップグレードプログラムしてもらい、ホスピタリティに溢れるホテルでした。値段も良心的で素晴らしいです。　 部屋によっては温水プール付きの部屋もあるようで、記念日とかはおすすめですね。 カッパドキアの最後の夜にここに泊まって良かったです。

My husband and I along with our friends stayed at the Acer Cave Hotel for two nights. It is a lovely hotel in a quiet area. Our room was wonderful although I could have done without the party tub in the room. The bathroom was nice and had a tub and great walk-in shower. The only reason I couldn’t give the hotel a 5-star review is because the heat system didn’t work very well. Our room was suffocatingly hot when we walked in. Once we figured out that we could just turn the heat off and open a window we were able to manage. The bed was very comfortable but there were only two pillows.. Having extras is always nice. I will say the staff Brough them when I asked for them the 2nd day and they made all the difference. They serve a good breakfast in the mornings and we had a great lunch on the patio outside and enjoyed the gorgeous weather and spectacular views. The front desk staff were kind and polite. The hotel decor is very unique with old radios and old TV’s and antiques in the lobby - think of grandma’s in the 1950’s but it really worked with the cave environment. Almost like being in a castle. We didn’t get out and explore around the hotel so I can’t speak to its location for shopping and restaurnts. It is however, very centrally located for exploring the many attractions of Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Acer Cave Hotel.

Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.
