Left google review. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom was gross. Drunk neighbors above us were loud. Arguing then laughing. The smell of the room was terrible. Like very musky/moldy.

No early check-in. The hallway to our room smells smoky. The beds were not double sheeted. Some of the pillowcases did not completely cover the pillow. The toilet got clogged and made a noise all night. No tissues in the tissue holder in the bathroom. looks like something exploded in the corner of room on the ceiling. Mini fridge had not been wiped down- There were pieces of food.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They made an effort to accommodate us. However, this cannot substitute for the condition of the hotel itself. There were bugs on the floor. The sink was completely stopped up and would not drain. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and the smoke smell was horrible. The smoke alarm had been removed from the walls. Wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The beds were made with sheets and an old army style blanket. This is unacceptable at any price point.
The hotel staff attempted to find us a room without the smoky smell and they did switch us from the original room we were assigned. And though there wasn’t as strong as smell in the new room. It still had all of these other issues.

I cannot possibly say enough about how I would go anywhere else to stay if I were you. It's gross for real. My sheets had dirty feet marks on them when I pulled the blankets down. The coffee that was left in the room, yep that's what I said, left in the room, had mold and dirt on not only the coffee pot but all over the coffee maker as well. The mirror had streak marks all over it. And if you think that they're going to help you by showing you a different more clean room, think again, because they showed me two out of the three I was attempting to try to help with their customer service they're going to be just as bad.

Stayed here in the past it was always great .
This time 6-2-24 was gross .
150 for a room with bugs . no breakfast .got there at 130 had to wait till 3 to get our room . i even asked for early check in time . Will not stay here again !

Hotel room was dirty. The floor needed vacuumed and the bathroom exhaust was caked in dust, it hasn’t been cleaned in years probably. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work either. The lighting in the rest of the room was a bit rough too, but overall it’s just very outdated. The price was good so I don’t even mind the outdated part, I just wish it had been properly cleaned before our stay.

The stool in bathroom was loose and wobbled and leaked water on floor..they worked on it and same thing.. no breakfast, coffee in lobby morning.. that night two cold half pots and they were still there the next morning.. two bath towels, one hand towel, one washcloth.. they left more after first night, but didn’t pick up dirty.. and we both rolled to the middle of the bed.. and only gave us one key to room. Coffee maker in room and only thin plastic cups..no styrofoam ..

Disgusting. Don't waste your money. Over $350 for two rooms and we had to leave and go stay somewhere else. Room was so dirty, brown spots on the sheets, stuff on the wall, wall paper falling off. Wish I could upload pictures.
